When I realised that we were falling into the hands of vulture capitalists I thought that I couldn't sink any lower. Then I realised I had missed the chance to say no such thing as a free warchest. The lesson is that it can, and will, always get much worse.

Also in the West of Scotland the Bankies have wo n promotion to the Lowland League.
-
As well as gaining promotion, King cup win for Athletic.

Yeah, bound to be at least one on here though......... #trustnoone

Leeds raised money by selling players. They were in the fortunate position where they had players worth a lot of money.

No such thing as a free lunch.

Dyche will be bringing in some old Everton players then
-
@compo How else do you explain his Warnock and Dyche campaign?
-
I think that's too good to be true, so I will believe it's nonsense until the evidence presents itself.
-
Interesting - who are we outing as Tim's on here........🙃
-
-
Most of our fans believe what random Tim posters post on fan forums.
-
Depending on who's feeding them stories, it can be alright sometimes. I.e the record broke over here that we were being taken over, because Barry told them. Most of the time though, they're stabbing in the dark.
-
Amazes me the amount of our fans that still actually buy/read that tim rag.

Did he get the offer? (Miller, I suppose, not McLeod) Did Rangers not try to get him?
-
Great to see Alan Hansen in good health giving out the PL trophy.

Access to the champions league is far more profitable. Even if it is just to the qualifiers. If we get it, it means they don’t. For every 20 million we make from the EL, anything they get from the CL beats it hands down. The extra games and the toll our European campaigns take on our squad - in my opinion it detracts from our ability to compete domestically. This figure in the table means nothing until we know how much of that money we have left after win bonuses, staffing costs, police costs, additional transfer or loan fee clauses it Europe triggers, travel costs, tax etc etc after all these extra games.

I wonder if he ever regrets not signing for them

Yes - that's a better way of writing it. That's how I've been pronouncing it. -

I've always pronounced it 'Rosa' - is that wrong? -

For the record: it was the Record writing this. If you want to shoot messengers, start with the BBC. Davide Ancelotti is about to commit to Rangers as their new head coach for the next season after leaving his role as assistant to father Carlo with Real Madrid. (Ramon Alvarez on X) Rangers will hold further discussions with Davide Ancelotti in the coming days as they look to conclude their manager search. (Rangers Review) Out-of-work Marco Rose is rocketing up the next Rangers manager shortlist, but the Ibrox club could face a hefty price if they wish to appoint the German as Bild reports that the 48-year-old also linked with Roma is still under contract despite being relieved of his duties by RB Leipzig and his former club might require a compensation fee. (Sunday Mail) (IMHO, there will be no fee for anyone wanting Rose. RB and the chap will decide on a separation fee and that's that. They won't pay him any wages if it ain't necessary. Wee sidenote: Rose may look like the plant name rose or the first name Rose, but the "e" is not voiceless or an English "e", but rhymes with "the".) In other news ... Rangers now know they will face either Brann, Panathinaikos or Servette in the Champions League second qualifying round next season. (The Herald On Sunday)
