  1. Dunno why people are so desperate for Sakala to have been offside. VAR checked it and he was in line with the defender, so onside. Bad enough when Tims whine about decisions that go for us.

  2. I think generally the UB's are a good thing for the club but I can't help thinking that an unspoken reason for why they're protesting is down to not spending enough. Go on social media and it's all the football twitter accounts care about. Look at FSG at Liverpool. Probably the most successful club in Europe over the last few years that isn't a state funded project or institution synonymous and entrenched within a country I.e Bayern or Real. They're doing it sustainably as well, but because they haven't signed Mbappe fans are going mad. I agree with Eck on his reaction, probably ott. Wilson hasn't had a good few windows but let's not condemn him. And lets face it, Celtic are sh*t hot at the minute; whether people like to admit it or not, they've got Scottish football on toast and thats probably another reason why the UB have the bed sheets out.

  3. Apart from Tav's goal, the only bright light in the first half was Cantwell. We were much improved in the second half and I agree with others that it should have been much more. Tillman's goal was excellent. Morelos did more in 20 mintutes than Colak did for 70. We are very flat with Lundstram on the park. He slows us down horribly. I wouldn't be disappointed if we replaced him.

  5. He's pulled up injured. We might go for him now.

  6. I would reserve judgement given the defence(s) he played behind at Rangers 😀

  8. Don't think any Rangers fan is desperate for Sakala to be called as offside. Most I've spoken to thought (unlike Morherwells opener) it looked onside "live" but offside from the "stills". Motherwell opener looked offside both live and from stills. Also noticed in the highlights that Motherwells 2nd goal hits a Motherwell players hand - don't know if VAR checked this or not (they did check for handball as well as offside at our 3rd).

  9. Currently it's only Wilson and Robertson that are in their sites (as well as Polis Alba).

  10. Seems to be a sack Wilson and Robertson rather than a sack the board thing. It's understandable, given how badly things have gone this season. It'll get ramped up a few notches if we don't beat the yahoos at Hampden (again).

  11. But we don't play ice hockey - undeniable Kent was involved in 3 of our 4 goals. It's as obvious as your agenda against him.

  13. It's unfortunate that Celtic are unable to guarantee the safety of opposition fans, but that says everything about their club and their support. It's also disappointing that there's a section of our support wanting our club to bow down to their demands. There's no way their allocation should be increased, particularly at the expense of our season ticket holders.

  14. I hope never to see Celtic supporters occupying the Broomloan stand ever again. For me the priority at our ground will always be to maximise the seat allocation and convenience of our own fans and the provision for away fans should only ever be such that it doesn't inconvenience Rangers season ticket holders. Away fans allocations should be such that it suits our stadium requirements and should be the same for all visiting clubs. I have absolutely no interest in some misty eyed return to "how it used to be".
