  1. How do we know who was responsible? Yes, it came from the UB section but anyone in the West stand could leave their seat and go and stand with them, and I understand that this frequently happens.
  2. He brought in around £259m, so an average net outflow of £20m a season isn't bad. He turned the club around and got them to the CL final. Overall he did a great job, under difficult circumstances with the reduced budget due to the new stadium. He did make some dodgy purchases along the way though.
  3. Mourinho looks as if he's way behind on tactics these days. The game has moved on since he was successful.
  4. We played Cliftonville a couple of times in 1886.
  5. Yeah, Wrexham were more a footballing side, so it allowed our lads to play. We'll probably get a Scottish ref which will play into the hands of Caley, as they'll be allowed to get away with murder.
  6. Caley v Gers Colts Partick Th v Raith
  7. I doubt St Etienne would be able to afford Morelos. It seems that they have never spent over £10m on a transfer before.
  8. H&H suggested that the game had been organised so that scouts could have a look at Docherty so it's strange that he was on the bench. It's also strange to see Goldson playing and Katic on the bench when Goldson has been playing so much. Goldson suffered at the end of last season through over-playing. Are we making the same mistake?
  9. Freehold property book value was £39 million.
  10. Is there a scenario where we're in a must win in our last game having drawn our next game?
  11. Why does it make a difference? If Porto win, we need a draw in our last game to qualify, whether we win or draw against Feyenoord.
  12. So why bring them up? Were you sitting with the UBs? If not, why would the 3 youngsters be UBs? Please do not make baseless accusations about Rangers fans groups.
  13. In terms of qualifying, is a win any better than a draw? I've just had a look at the permutations and I'm not sure it is.
  14. Are you suggesting that the Union Bears were responsible on Saturday?
  15. It would either result in my blood pressure being life-threateningly high or I'd have a mental breakdown due to nerves.
  16. If we reach the latter stages of Europe, would they agree to some of our games being postponed? It would help the coefficient and help Scotland's standing. I think we all know the answer, so what's good for the goose.....
  17. An enjoyable match. Rangers looked the better team for most of the game with their passing and movement being well above anything Wrexham could offer. Wrexham did come into the game for the first 20 minutes of the second half but Rangers eventually took control of the games again. Stand outs for me were Barjonas and Mayo (who played a holding midfield role).
  18. Believe they announced pay at the gate at 10.30. I had already gone to Ibrox to buy one. It's crap by the club that they couldn't have announced it yesterday.
  19. Apparently he's got a YouTube channel and visits clubs in their rivals strips. Good on him!
  20. Still no word about pay at the gate, so it seems just turning up and buying them from the ticket office. May have to go early.
  21. Yeah, it was done to death around the time that John Brown was shouting about "show me the deeds". His own agent confirmed that he had seen all the title deeds for the stadium, the land around it and Auchenhowie….and the Albion as well..
  22. It's frustrating when our ex-players underestimate the value of our players! ?
  23. We'd only be buying it, and the courts would only allow it to come out of the liquidation process, if all debts were settled, or about to be settled. If it ends up that there's not enough in the pot then it'll go under. I's say that there's very little chance that we'd get it back.
  24. RIFC own the stadium and surrounds. It's got nothing to do with oldco any more. However, Whyte's old company, Wavetower (now known as The Rangers FC Group Limited) is still floating around, although now controlled by Worthington Group. They claim they are owed £18m and have a floating charge. I don't see that they are owed anything and the liquidators agree but there are still negotiations going on for some reason. I'm not sure why their claim hasn't just been dismissed by the courts. Tradition, for one. It would be nice to have. I'm not suggesting spending a million on it but if it could be purchased relatively cheaply then why not?
  25. Seems to be a person of Chinese origin, possibly a tourist.
