  1. And yet there will be plenty on here who will continue to vote for those involved in this cover-up.
  2. Yes, it should have been done much earlier in the season. Players were given free reign to assault Morelos (Broadfoot and Morelos being the 2 most recent), with no action being taken and the club did little or nothing to protect him as a 22 year old in a foreign country (and some of the blame goes to Gerrard on that). However I've got absolutely no problem with them doing it on this occasion, as there were unique circumstances to it.
  3. Keith Jackson is another who has become Lawwell's bitch!
  4. When Rangers tried to appeal Morelos's red card against Aberdeen, they were told that only full speed video could be used and their slowed down video which showed Morelos was innocent was deemed inadmissible. Now it seems that an incident can only be found guilty if it's shown in slow motion. Yet again, the rules are changing. And that's ignoring the fact that one angle is sufficient to assess that Simunovic is guilty.
  5. The incident was seen by the ref and a decision made. In what other country in Europe would they take that incident, hardly the worst, and reassess it? No wonder it's pushed the club over the edge.
  6. And despite all that, it's Rangers that are detached from reality and have a cheek to complain?
  7. It was possibly a red but so was the Simunovic's elbow on Defoe in the first half.
  8. Agreed. Loved it!
  9. I thought he was excellent in the last game at Ibrox.
  10. Top 4 from South America qualify for the world cup, plus 5th place goes into a play-off.
  11. Athletics, swimming etc.
  12. It's just badly named. There are obviously some major flaws about how it's structured but the football games it's produced have been fantastic, so I'd quibble with your "load of shite".
  13. Best football tournament ever!!!
  14. I usually want Liverpool to lose, but wanted them to win last night and they were excellent. Well deserved result.
  15. It says pay at the door.
  16. The tactics of the team have changed recently so is it really the formation that looks better rather than the fact that Defoe is in the team? I also have my doubts about the suitability of that formation against Celtic, but despite that, I believe we need a physical challenge next week and Defoe doesn't provide that. The fact that Morelos is refereed differently from other players is certainly a reason for considering Defoe, which, to me, is a far bigger issue than his discipline.
  17. Totally disagree. Morelos adds more to the team than Defoe and is a better all round player. I'd start Morelos next week.
  18. Despite the win, I felt that the formation didn't work too well today. Very little width, particularly in the first half and having to rely on a right footed left back to provide it on the left slowed us down.
  19. Celtic have acted without honour for a number of years and we shouldn't be doing anything to pretend that they have.
  20. It's similar to the Alex Salmond case when it took them around 2 months to ask for emails not to be deleted. How many emails were deleted (or "lost") in that period? The Scottish legal system is a joke.
  21. Having a go at those who seek to damage Rangers, in this case the SNP may well be part of a bigger issue. However all I'm doing here is looking at this example. When I was on a supporters organisation board, which consisted of Tories from both sides of the party, Labour voters from both sides of the party and an SNP voter, we certainly made efforts to address the bigger picture. Inroads were made to an extent but that was all pre-2012 and most of the gains are probably now lost. It's now up to the younger generation to have a go at it, and although I'm not going to be involved, it shouldn't preclude me from criticising individual issues without having to address the bigger picture.
  22. Even where these fans support or defend the actions of these political figures?
  23. There's plenty of examples of them defending the SNP and virtually no examples of them being "frustrated, annoyed, or even furious" that I've seen. I've been critical of them on quite a few occasions.
  24. Yes, I'd say you've misunderstood. It wasn't my intention to imply that.
