  1. i can tell you that Ally McCoist is becoming quite unpopular with the players. Seems he has developed a bit of an attitude which isnt going down too well.
  2. I dont agree with your comments on boumsong. He looked great in the spl but fell way short in the uefa cup ( remember auxerre). carlos has produced the goods at all levels and i reckon he will be a success wherever he goes.
  3. i honestly couldt give a sh%t about the scottish cup.
  4. the choice to play Cousin over Boyd has been questioned by more than me in here. I know which one i prefer. The one who wants to play for rangers and scores goals opposed to the one who doesnt want to play for Rangers and does shit all. tell me where im going wrong here.
  5. I feel the same. We have a lot of average players who never stood up to the mantle when the chips were down. I shudder to think what crap will come through our doors next season.
  6. We've been scraping by for months. Smiths negative tactics have cost us dear. When we needed to play attacking football we didnt know how. full stop.
  7. Carlos Cuellar is off to the higest bidder in the premiership. rangers have been inundated with inquires regarding carlos and it seems we are more than ready to take the cash. no change there then. also Rangers will do a straight swap with Cousin and Davis. no money involved. Ill drive the fucker down to London myself.
  8. sorry but i havent seen such crap in all my time as Rangers fan. its unbelievable we achieved so much this year. Major over achievers more like. Walter made monumental blunders, his faith in cousin being top of the list. not playing boyd... tell me when to stop i could go on all night. sorry for the ramble but im fucking raging.
  9. i got home from manchester and switched on the news to see what trouble had been caused as i was lucky enough not to get caught up in it the night before. I was met by the news that Tommy burns had died and it did come as a bit of a shock. right after that was the news that Rio ferdinand had signed a mega bucks five year deal with manure. I felt disgusted at ferdinand. Tommy burns cane from a time when our top footballers drove cars that werent much better than your dads and never had the opertunity to earn the likes of todays overpaid imposters that infest our game. one thing was for sure though. Ferdinand can earn all the money he likes but no matter how much money he has he'll never have the class that tommy Burns had. you know when guys like tommy burns are in the room, even when your back is turned to him. He had a presence about him. Something Rio and co can only dream about, its something money cant buy.
  10. and he "wasnt happy with 125k a week either! id be fucking dead in week earning that sort of dosh!
  11. got nothing to do with whats going on in manchester.
  12. why? Ive been trying for two years to forget it as it was crap.
  13. your tactics this season are just not good enough. you have managed to hide behind the very fortunate uefa cup run but now thats gone its there for all to see. We are absolute crap. No imagination, no flair and no guile. Just the big lob up the park and hope for the fucking best. This isnt a rant off the end of todays result, ive felt like this for months. By far the lamest Rangers team ive seen in a long time. The only difference between this team and paul leguens is two central defenders. you can only ride your luck for so long walter and it seems youve had your fill. just remember that people pay good money to watch this dibacle of a team and they get very little for their money.
  14. Manchester police are investigating claims that the infamous ICF infiltrated the Rangers support on wednesday. would certainly explain a lot if true. I did see a flag at piccadilly square that had E C F on it. I did a double take when i seen it but ive never heard of such a firm. Anyone know.
  15. for listening to the fans and not jumping on the media band wagon like all the others. Ive only managed to listen to a few calls but they are asking fans for their experiences and their opinions on manchester. good on them. putting snyde well in their place.

ive got a 30 quid bet on the league with a mhank in work lads and i certainly dont want to lose to him!
  17. this was well away from the rioting. it was much later in the night. our bus left stanley st around 12 15 am. drove up Quay st and turned along towards the Hilton hotel. it wasnt far from there that the incident took place. There was a large group gathered outside a door way to the side of them but they werent fighting with the police.
  18. http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/g/1049800_what_went_wrong# go to the pictures and see the photo of the guy being bitten by a police dog. they were sheilding the guy with the small child from the police. My bus passed by shortly after the attack. they left the guy lying in the street with no medical aid. A fucking disgrace.
  19. so what happened to the other 31 who were arrested? were they not Rangers fans.
  20. I heard that a team from chelsea went ahead with zenith supporters brfore the match. Also heard quite a few English accents (Scouse and mancs) without any colours on. There were quite a few locals out fighting with police after the match too.I dont think were all to blame here but we must accept some collective responsibilty for the actions of some of our fans. I will though think twice about going to an event like this without a ticket.
  21. novos on saturday by a mile.
  22. we cant be barred from europe as it happened outside the stadium and Uefa have no duristiction there. we found that out after the pamplona incident.
  23. what they wont show you is half a dozen riot police with dogs standing in front of a rangers fan crammed up against a wall shielding his young son who was no more than 9 years old while another fan lay motionless on the ground with the back of his leg chewed off by one of there dogs.
  24. I got back to the bus last night after the game oblivious to the fact that the fans had kicked off in piccadilly square as i had watched the game at Albert square but it never suprised me in least given the lack of crowd control that i witnessed on the run up to the game. I took up a position in albert Square with two mates to watch the game but as the kick off time approached it became pretty evident that there were far too many people within the square perimmeter and in some areas tempers became very heated and eventually for our own safety we decided to vacate the official fanzone area. The entrances to the fanzones created a bottleneck effect as the crowds grew throughout the day and you could feel the pressure building up if you were unlucky enough to be inside the zone. There were policemen on show at the entrances to the fanzones but once you were inside there were none at all. There was no way they could control the crowd should anything kick off, and as we know it did. The MGP force made a major error in designing these zones and when it came down to it they couldnt police the areas properly and they must accept some collective responsibility for the trouble that followed. I dont though condone the actions of those who took part in the violence that followed through the night and i did witness a few situations on the way home in the city centre but if anyone is going to asks questions about the events that happened yesterday then they should look at the bigger picture and the actions of all that took part, starting with MGP force.
