  1. I have to say I prefer Ian's Rangers updates to Chick's news on St Mirren's fifth choice reserve left-back being out for a few days with an ingrown toenail.
  2. Boozegate, Divegate, Egg....err....gate... Yawn.
  3. Great intro Cammy, look forward to reading part one and I'm sure it will stimulate a fair amount of debate on here. It's certainly been an eventful season, but then we haven't had an uneventful season since 2003/04...
  4. FF is well and truly a busted flush. Run by self-publicists who have ruined a once great site through petty politics and self-interest. And for all their talk about protecting the Rangers support, this is the same site which refused to support the BBC protest at Pacific Quay last year.
  5. ....then there's Loovens' stamp on Edu's leg, the Forfar hammerthrower's vicious assault on Beasley.... Are you listening Rangers?
  6. Signed .
  7. The 2008/09 Manager of the Year (no laughing at the back there) takes some beating.
  8. Just how long are Rangers going to sit back and say nothing over our players getting done in by SPL hammerthrowers? I had a good view of Dods' assault on Edu at Tannadice, it wasn't even an attempt at a decent tackle, he just clattered into him. Martin Hardie, there's another thug who now knows he can jeopardise the career of a Rangers player without a word said against him. Naismith IMO has still not fully recovered from an injury about as bad as Durrant's, from a blatant stamp which in a fair world would have seen the perpetrator banned for 12 months.

I believe Mendes has been called up for the game against Albania.
  10. Also had to play a big chunk of the season without a recognised striker. Moyes for me as well.

Barring injury, I don't think there's a team in Scotland that could live with that midfield. Being Rangers though, one of them will do a cruciate before Christmas.
  12. Looking at Pressley these days, I just can't get over how much he has changed from that bowl-cutted young thing who got torn a new one by Voller and Boksic.
  13. Don't look so glum Mark, you're number 7 on the list, and six have said no...
  14. And that list doesn't even take into account all his goals against the bheast.
  15. No doubt about it, he has been our big game player of the decade.
  16. The job adverts in the Scotsman are days away...
  17. I might even go to this.
  18. Season 1997/98. On a different stratosphere.
  19. And a former England captain! How does that rate on the "pyoor Sellick-minded 'n' at" scale?
  20. Always liked Paul Scholes. Del Piero was awrite back in the day as well.
  21. It's almost unbelievable how amateurish this whole operation is becoming. Long may it continue.
  22. We smelled the coffee a year or so ago and realised Smith was about as high profile as finances in Scottish football would allow. Unfortunately Celtic haven't reached that stage of realisation yet, hence the comedy blue chip names being bandied about. It may be Aitken, it may be McGhee, one thing's for sure though, it's going to be painful for the bheasts. Despite a valiant attempt by the mhedia to gloss over it, the bigots in the stands have well and truly been outed and there must be a few potential - non Roman Catholic bigot (copyright Fergus McCann) - candidates looking at the treatment dished out to the man who became the bheasts' most successful manager since The Man Who Knew and thinking: 'sod that for a game of sodjurs'. Both Celtic and Aberdeen will reach the mid-point of season 2009/10 and rue the stupidity of their supporters as they struggle under a management team inferior to that of the previous season. Two fanbases whose all-consuming hatred is going to well and truly fuck them over next season. Karma, it's a bitch.
  23. Go for it Tony
  24. He had a stroke a few weeks back didn't he?
  25. Amazing how bitter the people who don't make it are in later years. Jess once said: "Beating Rangers means more to me than going to the World Cup" when he didn't get picked in the France 98 squad. Sure it did Eoin.
