Tevez out of tonights game.

Would be about right that WS sells off our only promising youngster. He's the biggest talent we've had in the youth squad since I can remember so the thought of selling him should be battered right out of Smith. OK, he's had a fall out with McCoist but the boy's only young, give him a another chance. Name me a club where players and staff don't fall out?

Mon the Ruskies! -
Like Frankie and Johnny, the shorts and socks are hideous against the red shirt.

I'm interested in seeing who Burley gives the GK jersey to. Apart from Alexander, who else is there? Well done Naisy on getting picket in the squad but what swayed Burley to pick him?
-
If he tried to do the easy thing more often then he could've been a regular in the 1st team. He chose to try the 70 yard pass or the cheeky back heel only for him to fall on his arse or mis-hit the pass. You weren't the worst though Charlie. Good luck at the Pleasure Beach.

The thing that gets me is it was WS who signed Gow.

I was told last night we had signed James McArthur and AN Other.

I like it!

Spending big in the transfer market won't automatically win you success. Take WS in his first stint in charge at Rangers, he spent big on players and we wiped the floor domestically but when it came europe we struggled. Maybe that was down to tactics though. Kenny Dalglish won the EPL with Blackburn after basically buying it but the next season they were terrible in europe too. Tactics do play a huge part in a teams success. You do need to work hard in training but I'm not 100% convinced WS uses the best training techniques to improve players attributes or nurture the youngsters. Wenger has this spot on. Personally, WS comes across a bit pre-historic when it comes to tactics and training. Davie Weir is a legend, I love the big guy but against a good team (Arsenal) he stands no chance. He's not solely to blame for yesterdays performance but having a younger, faster CB in there to partner Boogie could've made a difference. Against better teams who play faster football, Weir doesn't stand much of a chance. My opinion though.

Controversial? How exactly? He had a fall-out with McCoist big fuckin' deal! The media are cunts.

Agreed. WS has a terrible reputation for nurturing young players and giving them an opportunity in the 1st team. We have the decent young team but just about every player in the 1st team picture isn't a Murray Park youngster. How many young players has WS given a chance to in both his spells in charge? He simply doesn't trust them which in turn is a kick in the balls to them. We're being told that this is the season to blood the youngsters. I'll believe it when I see it. It'll be another season of putting up with LM at centre half when Weir or Boogie are injured.

Outplayed by an Arsenal side who never really got out of 2nd gear. They raped us in the 1st half and took their foot off the gas at HT. They let us back into the game, we never looked like doing that ourselves. It was to be expected. Arsenal are 100 times better than us so I'm not to downhearted. Infact, I'm not downhearted at all.

You're guaranteed Caldwell comes out with a legendary interview days before a big game. Let's hope this one comes back and bits him on the arse too.
-
Why I left Arsenal. BBC Sport Lying bastard, you were chasing the money. Just come out and say it!

So it looks like McCulloch will be a first team regular this season? Oh no! I heard we played well which is a huge confidence booster for the players. If we can give Arsenal a good game today and hopefully score a couple of goals they strikers will be buzzing. Changes will be made by WS though which is maybe a bad thing considering how well the team played yesterday.

I worked at the Albion Rovers Livi game yesterday. No one expected theattendance to be what it is. Nearly 800 supporters crammed in to Cliftonville to see Livi's last game as a professional club. Cunts got stuffed 3-0 as well!

Because he is a "teen" and not a has been.

19 year old? Ha!

Exactly! A few out of how many?

When the fuck did Celtic approach Shearer?
-
They must've snatched him from under our noses. Huge loss!
-
Has sadly passed away. Just on SSN there. It was probably the state of Newcastle that opushed him over the edge.

Thought so.
