Mark Warburton there's no quick fix at Ibrox

Has he not got a job on his hands at NF, why is he stalking us? Move on son. -
I agree DB, but Rome wasn't built in a day as they say. teething problems will happen, along with in-fighting, cliques and cabals, But it's worth fighting for. Even with all the troubles club1872 have, they are still taking in circa £40k pm, and have £1.1mil at bank. Not bad for a support that's at each other throats most of the time, if we ever get this sorted and organised properly, we will one day be the major shareholder at Rangers. In the meantime all i can do is keep putting my subs in and keep the faith.

Great, wonderful, fantastic, we don't want or need a follower. We need a leader.
-
It's up to the membership to push for new elections, i would vote for the three that resigned their positions to be voted back on the board, if and it's a big if, they would stand again. Obviously it would also depend on whether the other current board members would stand for re-election and whether or not they would again be selected? We also would need someone with legal training on the board, that might have to be a paid (probably part-time) position.
-
That's a harsh and sad appraisal, but in truth probably more correct than wrong. So what's the answer? Do we start the process again, new elections, new name or do we keep what we have and hope it turns out alright on the night? I think probably some sort of relaunch with new elections for the all board positions, I'm sure there is the calibre of person needed to reorganise and to sort this mess out within the fan base, hopefully. The Alternative to not working this out is to bleak to contemplate.

The premise of a Supporters lead shareholding group still holds sway with me, so i won't be cancelling my membership anytime soon. However i am worried that club1872 is losing momentum, it needs galvanized with a leader who can take it forward, someone who want's to lead the support and represent us without fear or favour, not chasing a blazer position within the club. Apply within.

Don't post whilst you're attacking lol

Early doors but so far i'm impressed with the lad Bearman.

Without a shadow of doubt, teams are given far more latitude than Rangers, if the two footed lunge on Toral had been the other way round, there is no question Toral would have walked. That and many incidences where Motherwell deserved yellows and don't mention the time wasting.
-
When is it any different with their brand of football? But it works for them, they very nearly won it today.
-
I enjoyed that today, ok the result wasn't good but it was end to end at the end. Fair play to Motherwell the came to play football all be it a bit rough at times, thought the ref was lenient with them when a few more yellows and even a red was due. They could have won but for Big Fords, we could have nicked it but from good saves by their goalkeeper, Couldn't make the formation out especially in the first half, we seemed to be all over the place, i could see Wallace was struggling, but hats off to the boss for the quick change at half time, if there's a problem he does try to remedy it, i'm not to sure what was wrong first half but something needed done.

The idea is correct, being good neighbours is a sound policy, but that video is horrendous. Ibrox dirty, awful, scary? bang!! someone just shot the club in the foot. -
Unfortunately our club is tied into all this negativity, but my only concern is how it adversely affects Rangers, as for the rest of them, i couldn't give a monkeys.

I watch Portuguese football when i'm out in Madeira, the Primeira League is tougher than the SPFL, some of the ding dongs are very heated. Some of the tougher players will fit in nicely.

Well worn boots, because they usually had studs the size of Jordans nipples.

Rangers set to complete Darren Fletcher deal

Giving Hivs our money no matter who the players is, would be unthinkable in this climate of anti-Rangers bile, from that club and it's support. -
Let me say from the off, I know Craig Houston as i have met him at a meeting at the Loudon, also on protests, leaflet handouts and two marches connected to the protests. I am a supporter of his and think he could do a good job for the club in the position of SLO. However i think he was wrong in not temporary standing down from director of Club1872, whilst his application for the position of SLO was being considered. His position in club1872 was clearly temporary compromised during the Rangers club application process. If the other three directors who haven't resigned their positions can't see this and acknowledge the fact , then i would question their governess of club1872 and it's rules. If the rules and gornnessfor club1872 and it's directors behaviour in circumstances like this one, aren't clear enough then i would suggest the are amended forthwith in the light of this debacle.
-
I'm not giving up on club1872, the objectives remain the same, just some of the faces change. Hopefully this can be ironed out amicably and we can move on. This is too important a project to let it fail at this stage.
-
One theme that was repeated numerous times, was that club1872 directors were not to seek any advancement or personal aggrandisement through any connection to the club. How does that stand now?
-
It's a bloody cheek from the board, for all the money, shares bought, goodwill and not forgetting fight, the board deem to downgrade the major shareholder, and to funnel our concern and input through a junior office. If this is allowed to stand then heads need to roll imo.
