Then someone should report it to the Finnish FA and UEFA.

The ref will be in trouble if he doesn't include the ordering off in his match report which the Finnish FA will be obliged to forward to the Scottish FA.

David Longmuir is an honourble man with a long background in marketing and football and connections at the highest level of government. During my time at SDS he was always sympathetic to the views of fans in general. There was no love lost between him and Doncaster though I think he gott on well enough with Regan, he was always going to be a victim of the inevtiable league amalgamation. He would be a strong addition to Rangers Board. Perhaps as markeing director or CEO if Wallace were to go for any reason. However I wouldn't get too excited. This from LinkedIn Summary I am an experienced commercial consultant and chief executive with a passion for Sport and Business. Would have been much better with a bigger deal with them to sponsor the shirts than 32 Red. May be they're just supplying free beer

I was too but declined a personal offer of reinstatement from the man himself. Mind you that was before I revealed the bouncy check saga.
-
That's definitely questionable

No doubt you'll be at the front of the queue; no skipping in mind.

Not as comfortable as another well known poster around here whose bum rests on a cushioned seat; but a better view than the MRE to be sure. No, but if you want you can do the detective work and do it for me, Ian.

Plenty held up red cards, most thought it was just a display and didn't read the words. No way I'm sitting with the plebs now some kind non-renewer gave me a seat in Row A of the Main Front; but my pal who now sits diagonally behind can't make the midweek games so maybe I'll treat you. Thought you hadn't been for 6 months anyway and weren't coming back until your man King is the el Presidente.

Been meaning to do that but had better things to do with 5 mins of my life. However, a good few on another site claim to have done so and the concensus count was approx 850.

Perhaps I'm wrong to split them as online and offline; but I am convinced by converstations with those who sit around me that the vast majority of fans care far more about the team on the pitch than the team in the boardroom. I accept that events over the summer may have changed that a bit but I still think that it is true as a general rule.

So it was 3,000 now; even the DR said it was only 1,000 and that included a lot of women pushing prams and weans not all of whom were candidates to buy a ST I would suggest. You don't half exagerate sometimes, GS; you heard 500 fans say that did you; what you really mean is you heard some guys sitting near you and a few in the pub saying that.

Scotland is currently 9 places off getting out of the CLQ2 and there is no direct route to the play-off round unless you are in the Big 5. Qualifiers only get half points, so say a win and draw for us divided by 5 teams does little or nothing (0.3) for the coefficient. Scotland is currently 24th more than 7 points behind Romania in 15th place (to get into CLQ3) so we need way more than a qualifying success to bridge that gap. This is a big subject that I wrote an article about for FFS 2 years ago that badly needs updating but it is worth noting that typically, in order to be ranked in the top 12 countries (to get one team direct access to the CL Group stages) it is necessary to amass approximately 30 points over the 5-year period. This can be achieved in a variety of ways but in Scotland’s case between 2002 and 2008, when we were never out of the top 12, it required two teams to reach the final of a European competition. Alternatively it could be achieved with an average of 6 country points per season; this would necessitate an average accumulation of 30 points amongst 5 competing teams or 24 points amongst 4 teams every season. In order to accumulate 30 points, 5 teams would require winning, for example, 10 qualifying matches and 6 games in the group stages and drawing half that number. In 2010/11 Scottish teams won 5 qualifying matches and 1 game in the group stages amassing a total of 18 points and a country average of 3.6. In 2011/12 the 4 Scottish teams won 4 qualifying matches and 1 game in the group stages amassing a total of 11 points and a country average of only 2.75. This is an indication of the size of the task.
