And with a game in hand albeit against Liverpool at Anfield but thats a given 3 pts. Get in there the Hammers  Liverpool are pish. Only Gerrard, Alonso and Torres are quality there yet he plays Mascherano ahead of Alonso The rest are average. Kuyt is average, For someone that is 6ft7 Crounch wins jack shit balls in the air. He is shite but then pops up with the odd fantastic goal. But he is Whaayyy out of his depth at Liverpool. But onto the Happy Ammers, 3 defeats in 16 games with our injury list ins superb and we are only a few points of the UEFA cup places. We still have Bellamy to come back. We were flying when he was in the team.

More top flight games being called off. The SPL / SFA are a joke. No top flight match should get called off due to rain. I thought every club had undersoil heating, cant they check weather forecasts?
-
I quited liked Boab at times depending where he was playing.
-
I cant see us take Lafferty in for that 3.5 mill fee, not if we said no to Luke Moore. But overall IF Cousin leaves IMO our squad has weakend more than anything else. We'll see if we get someone else in though. WS may still get Larsen, although i still dont know why we are chasing strikers especially with us have zero ful back cover.

While we have a cup semi final to look forward to Im sure we'll be keeping one eye on the scores from Fir Park!! 'Well could do us a wee favour here and its not beyond them. C'mon the Steel men!!

Aye and first up is Man Utd this weekend at White Hart Lane!! Giggsy in his back pocket

Preston Tuesday sounds like the name of a 1950s footballer
-
Gutted aswell - always been a fan of him before his leg break but never expected him to go on and be such a good player. He has given consistantly brilliant performances and is easy the best talent unearthed at Murray Park to date. He will still get my vote for POTY at the end of the season. All the best Hutton.
-
Yip lets hope he gets fit and shows what he can do. Hopefully he and Carlos form a long succesful partnership.
-
He's named in Burleys first Scotland meet up squad next month. Never seen him play myself but doesnt exactly excite me. Might be decent back up as Ipswich arent doing too badly in the Championship. Id rather have seen us try get Niemi as part of the Cousin deal (depending how old Niemi is now.)
-
The BBC say the mhanks are going for him aswell.
-
Whats everyone hoping for - Cousin go or Cousin stay? From a playing point of view id rather have him upfront against Panathinikos but dont like players playing if they dont want to be there.
-
Good shout mate and i was thinking the same with keeping Whittaker at LB, but that will never happen. I like the look of your team except is probably put McCulloch or Novo in for Burke in midfield. Upfront from a playing perspective Cousin is the better player upfront but it is a kick in the nuts for Boyd. ___________________McGregor__________________ Lowing________Cuellar_______Weir________Whittaker ____________Hemdani________Ferguson____________ McCulloch____________Buffel____________Naismith__ ____________________Cousin_____________________

Why do you want Spurs to win so much? I think they will at least get a draw. Everton are doing well and the law of averages says they wont win every home game.
-
Well with Hutton away (or is he?) and Cousin back it will be interesting to see how we line up in the coming weeks. Whittaker will switch to RB as we have nobody else to play there. Lowing is under 34 so doesnt get a game. That means Papac is likely to come into LB until S Smith gets fit. Upfront will be interesting to see if Smith decides to stick with Cousin. JCD is fit again so can these 2 form a partnership until the end of the season. Will we go 4-4-2 or stick with 4-5-1/4-3-3?
-
What, you think Reading and Portsmouth will win?
-
Glad i never done a coupon last night. Either Southampton or Bolton would have let me down. Id have stuck them on as homes. Il have a wee shot at tonights Premier League games. Chelsea will beat Reading Man U will beat Pompey Im going to stick my neck out on these though: Derby to beat Man City West Ham to beat Liverpool Spurs to go up to Everton and win.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/internationals/7213074.stm Not sure what to make of this, just glad he isnt our main manager. But he's based in Scotland and knows the game so we'll see.

I cant believe Asprilla is on that list, he was one of Newcastles best signings!! He was awesome! Titus Bramble should be on that list for every move he has ever made. I piss myself laughing when seeing him coz he makes permanent errors and the pundits here rip the piss out of him. At the start of the season they said Wigan will go down coz Bramble is 15 goals a season (against ). He made a huge error last week and the pundits torn him apart (which they can get away with over here coz Bramble wont here about it)

Is mentioning sopcast ok? Im sure it was Frankie who gave me that name before so could be ok. I watched the Hatton fight on that last month and was good. Might help for some footy games but expect the odd arabic or chinese commentary - still beats Scott Booth and Ian Cocker though
-
6 month deal??? But he is quoted saying its a long term job! They lost 1-0 tonight. I thought they would go up but the last month or 2 there form has dipped. They would still be 2nd by a mile if they didnt have 12 points deducted so they are still capable of coming back. Id like to see Forest get up before Leeds.
-
So has it went through?? It would be great if he pulled the plug on it. The guy obviously wants to stay so if he's in doubt he should do without! C'mon Hutton put it off until the summer!
-
Its the high wages that I dont agree with here. We are giving him more than Hutton was on once he signed a new deal
-
To be a bit fair to Cousin he always said he was ok at Ibrox but preferred to go to the Premier League. It would be a bit different if he said he wanted out of the place full stop. Maybe he was covering his tracks incase this did happen but he'll have to do his talking on the pitch from now until May.

For me Dailly earned pretty much a high percentage of his caps, but admit the final good few was earned due to the management not giving others a try. But 66 games is a lot and IMO was one of our better players in times. He played in that win at Wembley.
