Board need to go. Have backed them since the fat idiot was in charge but no more. They don't have a clue what they are doing or who is holding us back. They say there has been no progress under pedro the exact same can be said of them. We are going backwards under their stewardship .

club has been advertising for a head of media so not sure he's still in the picture as much

Mark Allan won't have any say . His job is infrastructure in relation to player aqusition and training. At most his advice on pre selected candidates at most will be sought. Manager will be picked by a panel selected by the board as always most likely mccoist Walter and one or two others selected by King would be my guess. He took a back seat last time no chance he will again. Murty, Mcleish or Barry Ferguson would be my guess or a combo of all the above. The wage will be 700k or less so forget all these daft quotes of unemployed English managers we aren't looking in that price bracket unless someone has pushed for a change in policy which I heavily doubt

Shambles. We will fall apart now and be left with idiots like Barry Ferguson and Kenny miller milking the club for every penny while dictating to us fans what we should see as acceptable. Be a week or so before we are being told 3rd behind Aberdeen is all foreigners can do. All the way to ten in a row for them and we will still be sacking managers and looking for a magician.

We are making things worse. This is a terrible idea. No manager will turn this around against so many. Use the money to fight the cheating then a manager could actually have an influence on results Will be having this exact same argument 18 months from now when the new guy gets the sack cause he couldnt do the impossible either.

Feel genuinely sorry for Pedro. He will be sacked today after giving his all, battling lazy clique players, biased refereeing , biased media and a biased governing body. Yet he's still improved the side has us playing more progressive football and in my opinion bar the cheating has clearly built the second best side in Scotland. Yet we blame him because we are too scared to fight or even recognise the real enemy. Somehow we think doing plan A better will solve our ills. Just another waste of money while we turn a blind eye to those with their foot on our windpipe. Here's to another 12-18 months of pissing up wind

Sorry but if you bring down a player in the box with no effort at winning the ball with the sole intention of stopping the chance developing in the last minute of play. its a clear red by the rules of the game. -

Good enough to win if the ref does his job correctly. Too many blinded by the fact we are not Rangers of old and never will be again. We are good enough to beat the team facing us but we are not good enough to beat the team and the referee facing us. No manager is going to change that. None. If not for referees we are in second spot 4 points better of at a bare minimum. The football bar a couple of minor tweaks is as good as we are going to get. People need to wake up and stop blaming players and managers and boards for not being able to surmount the task before us. Its never going to happen. You can't play your way out of this, it's impossible. They will just come down harder on us or give more ludicrous decisions (if possible at this point). We have seen players assaulted by fans, and by other players with no recourse. Our officials abused pretty much every game by the opposition dugout. Threats made by players and managers alike pretty game followed through on and left unpunished. People off the park changing referees decisions mid game. Players sent off for being attacked. Players taken out the game through on goal 3/4 times already and no foul given. And thats just a few of fthe obstackes .We have no chance We are what we are. A very poor side with no financial might in a very poor league with a competitor who earns 3 times as much as us with all infrastructure aimed against us. A support who is hated but cant stick together. We are hated and need to do more than most to succeed. Buying more players or managers ain't going to change anything. The only vast improvement we could see in the near future is for the cheating to stop and our position to rise as a result. -

Any players before ever received a yellow and a straight red for a single incident? -

Yeah a ref taking nine minutes over a penalty changing a yellow to red ,failing to spot 3 stamps. that player then continuing to cross for a goal less than a minute later as players are still back in the Killie half arguing had zero impact nor stopping the game minutes early with us having a corner!. He had direct influence on the result . His sequence of mistakes led to a goal plain and simple. Normal refereeing sees no red for us and them down to ten with us having a penalty 2 minutes from time . Instead we see what occurred tonight. Clear influence literally couldn't be any clearer cut. -

The linesman only said give the penalty and stop arguing with players . The fourth official was the only one who could have told him to change the yellow to red. One can only wonder how he could see jacks reaction but not the provocation. A complete stich up either way -

No idea why that deleted It was a professional foul. He made no attempt to play the ball and barged the player in the back. Straight red all day every day. As for ref didn't lose us points then there is nothing I can say to you that can help you see what is plainly obvious . The referees actions had direct influence on the result of the game. -

Normal ref gives that penalty sends off broadfoot and within 90's game is under way. Instead 9 minutes later broadfoot after giving away a penalty stamping on a player 3 times then crosses the ball for 1-1. Not to mention stopping the game at our corner 2/3 minutes from time. Cheating at worst and a complete mental breakdown at best -

Disgusting mate. People can go on about tactics and players retaliating but the ref clearly cheated again. It's not a mistake. The gers players where all round him at the end explaining the game at 2/3 minutes left . They even used the refs watch as prof he just kept marching away. The penalty he gives but for some reason doesn't send off broadfoot even though he's last man by a mile. He then spends the next 4/5 minutes arguing with boyd and broadfoot. He takes so long the linesman then raises his flag and calls him over. Clearly you can see the linesman say it's a clear penalty take the penalty . At this point broadfoot has now went to jack and stamped on his foot he then follows jack and does it again. Jack falls back then heads towards him broadfoot goes to stamp a third time and jack retaliates. Ref then books both players . Games about to start again maybe 40 seconds later with candiese ready to start his run up when the ref then suddenly stops and blows his whistle and runs over and changes the yellow to a red. By this point it's been 9 minutes plus since penalty was given. Keeper saves the penalty and the ball goes long and they score from resultant play . The penalty was taken on the 93rd minute. At that point the 4th official raises the board to say 6 minutes extra time We get an indirect free kick in the box ends up a corner . The ref let's us run over to take the corner but before play starts blows for full time 2-3 minutes before the end of the six minutes extra time. Completely shocking. Everything about it was dodgy -

Should have been a penalty. Holts top pulled going into the box. A weak shout but by the rules of the game should have been punished. -
