The most worrying thing about the non-penalty decision is that the ref had a close, unobstructed view. Hard to believe it was an error. (I know, I sound like a tim) temps just missed an open goal

Templeton felled for a penalty....yet is booked from simulation instead

0-1 16 minutes. Poor defending from us

That was good to read Gribz, but I didn't think you came across as anything other than raising the point re content. You praised the writing in your original post too. I loved it but then I was not looking at it for "basic info". Being relatively new to this forum, I found the answers your post elicited interesting and informative.

ALLY McCoist today urged Rangers fans to back the current Ibrox board.....
SteveC replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Ally and the Board obviously think enough of us do. Sadly, they may be right - forums are not necessarily reflective of the state of mind of most fans- 54 replies

Yet another CEO that Ally is building a good relationship with come season ticket renewal time. Do his words even change? Deja vu all over again. The bits re the spiv loan stitch up being all OK and normal business are straight from Toxic's script. Charlotte leaked that Jack had requested just this kind of interview. He has got his "positive noises from Ally".- 54 replies

According to the Sons of Struth video we don't need a loan just now, which would mean Wallace was correct in what he said. http://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?61911-SoS-Iinterview-20th-feb

Yes, I do. I certainly hope so and was presuming they would. In fact I am just home and checked in to see if they had and will check again after dinner and before going to bed.

I apologise then, Bearsger. I thought you had asked and been answered the same before, (I frequent FF too so I may be confusing forums.) Anyway, the basic point is that l read your post as biased to one side (slanted) and intended to put one in a bad light. Seems I read it wrongly, so - sorry.

Gosh, I wonder which scheme you'd rather succeed, Bearger? It is good to see BuyRangers is still going actually, their sudden appearance and movement over the last week or so is most welcome - a bonus effect of Rangersfirst already as we'd presumably not have heard from them otherwise. Anyway, I wish both schemes well but think this thread is disingenuously posing these slanted questions. One could start another: "confirm RangersFirst has come into existence because previous schemes had engaged with a minuscule percentage of fans despite being around for ages" etc. But lets hope we refrain from setting the schemes off against each other in thread after thread, eh? These questions have been asked and answered before. If the same people keep asking the same questions on different threads in different forums they will still get the same answers, so you wonder why they do it and why start another thread asking them again.

"Alan Hutton 'unlikely' to play for Aston Villa again Defender Alan Hutton is unlikely to play again for Aston Villa because of the financial constraints at the club, admits manager Paul Lambert. The 29-year-old, who earns a reported £40,000 a week, has not played for Villa since May 2012 and is training with the club's development squad. Asked if Hutton would play for Villa again, Lambert replied: "It would be unlikely. He knows that. "We need to get the [wage] structure down. There's never been any fall-out." Hutton, whose contract expires in the summer of 2015, went on a one-month loan to Nottingham Forest in December 2012 before being loaned to Spanish side Real Mallorca the following month until the end of that campaign. He has also continued to represent Scotland and won his 38th cap in last October's final World Cup qualifier, a 2-0 victory over Croatia. "I wouldn't have thought it could carry on for another 12 months, into next season," Lambert added. "I wouldn't want that for him. We need someone to come in for him. "I've been to a couple of Scotland games and seen him do well. You'd think somebody would come in for him. The lad has to play."" The wages are remarkable, I wonder how much he has made since moving South and pretty much not playing. The bit I have italicised seems a little contradictory to the overall story!

I meant other investors being afraid of saying they'd have liked to offer a loan with less stringent conditions than two hefty looking chaps with reputations for who are looking to increase their power via their own loan.

Perhaps they are afraid of airing their views face to face....

Great read, many thanks

Sorry, it was all before my time here and I was at a loss to understand FS's post. I now have been given links, have started to read and am now going for a lie down in a darkened room. Nothing is ever easy with us, is it?

??? You'll have to explain, not all of us know the people and histories involved. What HNWI was chased off and then treated like this - and does "darkest hour" mean pre-Admin?
