Gasparrato sent off, circa 73 minutes gone
-
Not both him and Wallace anyway, one will go
-
I had not either up till now, Compo but it seems there are some disabled ex-Servicemen who are offered them (or were,). This old gent is apparently very well known - a lot of people who know him, including relatives, have been n the thread now, confirming the story. I would give you the link but the FF server is falling to pieces....also I am not sure if one is allowed to post links to other forums on here.

Gasparroto is on a 30 day loan starting tomorrow (he is straight into the team) so will be back, match fit, just before the transfer window closes.
-
Steady on, this is a football forum after all!
-
It's frightening that we are being run by such stupid liars. Apartheid!

There'a a story on FF (apparently confirmed by nephew and grandson) that would make you feel the threats were in order, sadly. (Obviously I am not advocating or condoning violence here, Big Brother, just making a point). Here it is, in brief: "An 87 year old gentlemen who has hardly missed a game, he still goes eveyweek to this day, well last season he was given an honorary season ticket, he gladly accepted it. The club has taken this off him from next season, he did have a front row seat in the main stand which he gave up to take the honorary one. I don't know how you's all feel about this, but i think it's a disgrace to treat a a War Hero who lost a leg in the war and could count on one had how many games he's missed."

Scotland is, or used to be, a two horse race for the title. Albeit two horses that are a laughing stock in Europe. We'd need huge investment to get back to it being a two horse race. for a start, the minute we get back sellick will start spending. So we won't be competing with the dross they are now, but a reinforced team, still dross but - improved. What you always have to ask yourself when comparing teams is, if the teams were merged, which of your team would get in. I suggest Lee Wallace would be the only contender at present, McLeod possibly on the bench. And, while we may improve in the next 2-3 seasons they definitely will do so the minute we appear, by which time Lee Wallace will be long gone and, lets be honest, much as we like him, he's not enough to change entire games, he's not a Messi, Ronaldo or Bale. He's too good for the lower leagues in Scotland, but that's true of most people who can walk and talk at the same time. It's an uphill challenge even to think of us soon competing in the SPL or whatever the effing thing is called now - and, to be perfectly frank, it's a total turn off to even think about being there and "entertaining" Septic, Well, Killie, HIVs, Arabs, Sheep - god it's just sickening rubbish, toxic Rangers hating anti-football shite......................tens of millions for the "privilege" of that, with the timz crowing and gloating, and the constant abuse and humiliation from every other club? What an "aspiration".

I said at the time I never understood this, still don't. Ally's thinking baffles me as much as the Stockbridge not stopping him

Barry Ferguson: It's time to forget the regime........
SteveC replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
I know these things are normally ghost-written but the level of thought and language contained therein makes this sound like it is straight from the horse's arse, sorry, mouth. I say that having been a big Barry-as-footballer supporter and still with wonderful memories of his performances. As a person to look up to or someone with thoughts worth listening to.............er, I'll pass. -
In a hundred and twenty days much could have changed, both Wallaces could have gone, Ally too. If not, they all will be soon after
-
they have missed innumerable alarm calls, if they ever do wake up - still an "if", incredibly - it will probably be far too late

So who do Stockbridge and Toxic and Somers inspire other than Green and Ahmed (and their online coterie)?

Nor me - and I did not, I was agreeing he should not bite one!
-
Yep, no point in either biting or feedings ****s and trolls. Just too distasteful. It is yet another day for them to gloat, but best to just keep the forum as clean as possible.

"Boycott we will have to....?"
-
Same here, sent one to my parents as a stocking filler. Frightened it'll finish them off.....
-
Problem is gunslinger, every penny that goes in is wasted. Raised 22 mlion at this time list year - helped Green Ahmad and their buddies, not Rangers and we are still run by those buddy-crooks

Just to be clear, I was talking about sugar daddies in general and the seeming wish of many fans for one. I happen to think that fan ownership would be ideal, or representation would be something. However I think we are in a situation with virtually no alternatives but to hope that King is everything you say and will do as you say. In fact if instead of even something as good as this - a Rangers fan investing - I'd take a Rangers fan buying us right now. We are facing Armageddon otherwise, after all. I never called King a cowboy nor meant to infer he was. He's my last hope - despite hoping Hildy's long term vision comes true - in this grim week.

Hey, I'm in my mid-Fifties, I can only stay the course for another 30 years or so - do you think that we'll have managed by then? More seriously - obviously I hope that you are right.

I don't know the letter you refer to but I certainly agree with your last two paragraphs. I think we all do or have, but as year after year passes and we consistently prove ourselves incapable of doing so, people lose hope that it will ever happen. I remember - must be over ten years ago now - fans opening my eyes to the danger of MINT's regime in particular and pointing out the dangers of a "sugar daddy" in general. At least King would be a Rangers' supporting sugar daddy is what people seem to be saying, people who've seen years of talk about fans taking control of their own destiny only to face in-fighting of a frankly stomach-churning nature.
