  1. You write that as though there are times when you do not!
  2. King is quoted by the Gherald today as pointing out that the e-mails "were neither hacked nor stolen".
  3. There are worrying lines, however: "The SFA are still in the firing line" = by the powers that be that make up the SFA "We all know if there are any further challenges to the processes which have taken place we will address those as and when they come forward." - They will, relentless, forever, aided by the head people in the S©FA
  4. But one tends to think whatever JJ says is untrue as per your description "fool...liar".
  5. And for blackmail at that, a serious crime on its own
  6. Here's something less surprising but galling in the extreme: Whyte never cleared Rangers debt Craig Whyte had £18million arrive on his personal balance sheet the day he bought Rangers, a document has revealed. Instead of paying off the debt with cash raised from Ticketus for future season-ticket sales, which was presumed at the time, the former owner instead transferred it from Lloyds Bank to his own company, and began immediately charging interest on the debt. (Daily Record) Read more at: http://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/competitions/premiership/rumour-mill-whyte-never-cleared-rangers-debt-regan-defends-sfa-over-uefa-licence-santos-confirm-abella-interest-1-4468113 --- I recall the snake saying "this club is now debt free". Except we never were even on his fraudulently gained Ticketus money and he was charging interest on the debt he hadn't paid off
  7. https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/news/scottish-news/1114353/rangers-chairman-dave-king-paid-around-20000-for-emails-allegedly-hacked-from-craig-whyte-by-celtic-fan/ RANGERS supremo Dave King paid around £20,000 for emails allegedly “hacked” from Craig Whyte, it can be revealed. The chairman, 61, bought a batch said to have been “stolen” by Celtic fan William Stevenson, 48, between 2013 and 2014. Whyte’s lawyer Donald Findlay QC made the claim during legal talks as he questioned prosecution evidence, which can only be reported now the trial is over. He said: “An individual known to the Crown hacked into the computer of Mr Whyte and stole material. It was then used, putting it broadly, for potential blackmail. “This material was recovered in some way from the thief because of a payment of a significant amount by Mr King.” It’s understood Stevenson told Mr King he had Whyte’s permission to release data which appeared in Twitter account Charlotte Fakes — a claim denied by sources close to Whyte. Cops were alerted after the social media revelations in 2013. Stevenson later told us no charges were outstanding against him after cops reported him for alleged extortion and computer offences. The Crown said it is still “under consideration”. Mr King declined to comment. ============================== "no charges" for Stevenson - mental! Everyone gets off scot free when it is us that is involved it seems.
  8. I remeber Dung saying to Traynor on Sportsound in a round up after games and complaining re no chocoalte biscuits at Ibrox: "Well you and I know some crazy things going on there" (with regards to things not being paid) and I also recall later that Liewwell had been told Rangers weren;t paying NI or PAYE and had remarked "lets see ho this plays out". it's utterly scandalous that what was done to us is going to go unpunished - and instead crooks inside and outside the game are benefitting/have benefitted. Then again the Cup Final aftermath last year shows that we are a club that can be attacked with impunity.
  9. We never get good news. I joined forums to find out what the hell was going on five years ago. Ever since I've read thread after thread that people who tried to kill us will get their come uppance, and that sellick will be done for x, y or z. However We never get good news..... ....... far less recompense for the crimes done unto our club by a nation that detests us.
  10. Almost from the beginning iirc. They arsed up on a legal technicality early on making most of the damning evidence inadmissible. Unless I dreamt that - it's a case of nightmares after all
  11. Mmmm- http://sportwitness.co.uk/rangers-transfers-now-doubt-work-permit-issues-decision-made-coming-days/ t all seemed to be going well for Rangers and Gullit Peña last week. The Pedro Caixinha had flown in to have a medical ahead of his move to Ibrox Stadium, which he passed with flying colours, and his international teammate Eduardo Herrera was reportedly also close to agreeing a deal with the Scottish Premiership side. However, as tends to be the case with moves from non-EU countries, it appears there has been a bit of a problem when it comes to the players’ work permits. According to both Excelsior and Univision in Mexico, the moves to Rangers are now in doubt as neither of the player’s have played in 75% of their national team’s games over the past two years, which, they believe, is a requirement by the Scottish FA before handing out the work permit. Excelsior say both players now have to wait a few days to see if there’s any way to get around that requirement, and Univision state that could happen if Rangers convince a panel of former footballers that Peña and Eduardo Herrera will ‘contribute to the growth of Scottish football’. If that’s what Rangers are going for, then they might have a point, as these signings could push a few Mexico fans to take an interest in how their players are doing at Ibrox, were they to sign. That, and it would certainly help them be more competitive as they try and bridge the gap between themselves and rivals Celtic, even if there is a long way to go. UK work permit rules for footballers changed in recent years, and now transfer fee as well as wages plays a part, meaning Rangers don’t have to solely rely on international appearances.
  12. Thanks - any more detail or context? I'm still unclear as to who the screengrab photo is supposed to be from. It's surely not an official club statement? If it's to do with Whyte etc. then "two more crooks" suggests - with its use of "more" - that these are in addition to crooks in his previous Rangers' documentary and as we know he then targetted Rangers people. So this would be saying he had correctly identified crooks in "The Men Who Sold The Jerseys".
  13. I see, sorry my error. Nonetheless, it reads like 'football forum speak' and not 'official speak'. I'm really not at all sure about whether the message is to be trusted or not, but surely to goodness it can't be directly from the club.
  14. It's not Rangers saying it, it is rangersmediaforum saying it
  15. That's hard to answer. It is is kosher that this was posted and it is therefore kosher that this if what the rangers media forum is claiming is kosher. Whether that makes you feel confident or otherwise that it is kosher in actual fact..................well, at the moment it would appear to be up to us each to answer that in the way we feel most apt. The transfer and retail news has been reported elsewhere, if I'm following it all correctly, which inclines one to believe it all, but on the other hand the Mitchell and Daly bits have not and seem slightly unexpected/unrelated. I'm not being much help, I know.....................
  16. Odd place for a Mark Daly mention, I'd have thought - unless it's a documentary rewriting the one he first did on us and telling the truth this time and also somehow freeing us from the Ashley deal. ............Which doesn't seem at all likely.
  17. Ah, we were talking at cross purposes. I wasn't including the possibility of the Dunfermline result being different. If we had won perhaps that would have put pressure on the timz and they would have fallen at the last hurdle. I doubt it though, sadly.
  18. Played in Britain before, remember........made me laugh though. As did the recent FF joke mention of Patrick Roberts
  19. Cheers Boabie. I looked it up - they won by 2 points and 23 goals so even if we had won that last game we'd still have been second (unless we'd won by over 20 goals) = or am I making a mistake?
  20. Yes, that's the one. Extraordinary standard in Scotland in those days when compared to now.
  21. I remember us going into the last game of a season when my dad had taken me to every home game (and started to take me to away ones) and we were unbeaten. As it happened we lost the last game but even had we won, we'd still have been second. The standard that year is way beyond anything I've seen since, come to think of it.
  22. I remember McCoist going on about how it was an achievement and was difficult at any level - ***cringe*** ***shudder*** he believes it too, God help him.
  23. As predictable as Dalziel saying that he's too old. meanwhile, "Grandmaster Suck" on follow follow, states that: Interesting info on the Alves signing! He was so keen to join Caixhinha that he negotiated his way out of his contract with Cagliari and ensured that Rangers didn't have to pay a fee. Expect at least two more signings to be announced in the next two days!
  24. Even if he is, the BBC will highlight everything he does as will the radio and papers. Then the compliance officer (Rangers only, obviously) will step in and so forth. If only he was coming into set of level playing fields, but, alas, he isn't.
  25. SteveC

    Carlos Pena

Surely plus his ability to explain his views in interviews and to how he comes across in them?
