  1. Well that is rather embarrassing.
  2. Yeah, got 2 this morning for my son and i. He hasn't seen us lift a trophy yet. He was too young for Walters last few.
  3. Very very impressive with one blip at City. The highest win rate in Aberdeens history is incredible. Del is doing some job and proving Bristol City was a one off, which it was, a shocking decision to even go there by McInnes but he has learned and learned well.
  4. "I am sure Ibrox will be packed" reads to me like another dig. He is a creep. That patch up job by the official site and Black don't fool me.
  5. My take on him too. He's an imposter.
  6. I don't know where people get this from, everyone else must have been diabolical if he was our best player which I don't agree he was.
  7. Probably because he makes life so easy for them. Mickey mouse training, no expectations, guaranteed starts, knowing they don't need to try, knowing they won't be dropped.......who wouldn't support that!
  8. Our team cost around £5m to build and squad costs us £7m per year. Average age nearer 30 than 20 as well. But as you say, that apart barca makes a good point.
  9. Haven't heard it but by all accounts it was a car crash. Anyone hear it? Claiming he was tired at the weekend. Players don't have anything to prove. Only job was to win the league and they have done that at a canter. Not embarrassed by the result yesterday. What more do fans want.
  10. But that was not what amms had a problem with given the content of his initial reply. Anyway the key word there is variety. He hasn't spent anywhere near the same amount of time with all those other names than he did with Walter.
  11. Looks hard as nails too. There would be no messing him around! Any info on his buying and selling/developing record?
  12. In what way is it not strictly true? You go on to prove me correct! I said "most of his professional career has been spent working with Walter". Which cannot be argued with. Also McCoist first encountered Walter after only 4 years as a professional for the Scotland Under 21's, not 7. Allys professional career is 31/32 years long. 79-01 as a player and 04-14 as a coach and manager. First worked together in 83 for Scotland Under 21s when Ally was picked by Walter to play against Belgium. 12 years working alongside him at Rangers from 86 - 98. 3 years together at Scotland as Walters assistant. 4 years under Walter as asst at Rangers. That makes 20 years of his 31/32 in the game spent working alongside Walter Smith, that is not overplaying it, it's stating a fact. Most of his career in the game has been spent working with Walter Smith. Which is all i said.
  13. Not at all, my mind has been changed twice already today in different threads. Thanks for your concern though.
  14. Correct, Walter and the defenders of anti-football used to say we were playing a 4-3-3 when in reality it was as clear a 4-5-1 as you were ever likely to see.
  15. Ah lovely. Well in Vlad son.
  16. Not really, just seeing your name turns me off. We all know what comes next. A barrage of words in a desperate attempt to change minds and convert.
  17. No we are not the same person Scott! We do tend to agree on so much though which is slightly scary!
  18. Yeah, losing peoples interest and boring them with million word excuses is clearly the way to go.
  19. Just out of admin 2 years ago, the wind, had a poor pre season almost 2 year ago, Craig Whyte, Charles Green, the wind again, the board, one off matches, cup finals for the under dogs, heavy pitches, the wind again, astroturf, the ball, the wind again, the rain, anything to excuse poor Ally. We have had them all!
  20. It is, most of his professional career has been spent working with Walter. It's all he knows.
  21. Wouldn't mind a foreigner as long as he was properly prepared to take over. For your Keegan i give you Glenn Hoddle.
  22. McKay ain't happy either, he says he is happier going away with Scotland on training camps and has even chose to train with his mates at an amateur team away from Rangers at times too because what happens at Auchenhowie is so bad. Rumours have been going around about how shite our training is for years. I mean what do we really expect from Ian Durrant? Not exactly the sharpest tool in the box, is he? Him and McDowall have been sitting/standing next to Ally for 3 years now watching the same shite we all do and have obviously offered next to no input to change anything. They are like a pair of dummies. Read somewhere else that an amateur coach was invited to Auchenhowie to pick up some tips and left bemused at how basic and mediocre it all is. The proof is certainly in the pudding none more so than in our attacking set pieces. We would be as well handing back possession to the opposing keeper we are that useless at them. Everything about our football team is Sunday league, it's just not good enough. I remember reading about Darren Cole and Kyle Hutton laughing and joking about how easy training was at Rangers.
  23. No worries, fair enough Frankie. He is a clever lad, well behaved and very quiet. Gunslinger has met him. Thanks Brahim, it will be nice to actually meet some of you guys.
  24. If they are coming from Edinburgh, i may be able to take them but i go to games with my son, i take it no kids are allowed to go? That may be a problem, i don't really want him missing the last home game of the season.
  25. Get a fright? These players couldn't care less. They will still get there wages. Their attitude over the last 2 years have proven they don't care. This is a big contract for them, nothing else. The bottom line is the manager signed the wrong type of players. He didn't sign players who wanted to play for Rangers, he didn't sign players who are desperate to prove themselves, he didn't sign players who will run through brick walls for him, he has signed passengers, imposters and mercenaries. Guys like Sandaza, Argyriou, Kyle, Foster, Smith, Peralta, Black, Daly, Cribari, Shiels don't really care about our club, our jersey, our badge, our fans, our expectations, they are here for the money.
