  1. I've just bought the new Dortmund top. Not because I think it is that great, just because I have become obsessed with this glorious team and their magnificent manager. They are all we should aspire to be yet they are all we aspire against. Also just bought the new Barca home top with Neymar on the back. I've bought the last 4 barca home tops on the trot now, get Chelsea and ours every year too. £117 I just spent there haha. At least I'll get some use out of it.
  2. We should make this the 'shite Euro teams strips' thread. Here's Copenhagen!
  3. From you guys that have seen the pre-season, what type of CH is he? Ball playing or more no nonsense? His past looks pretty random. Contracted to a 4th tier English side yet played a few matches on loan in the championship and had interest from West ham (doesn't mean too much as they have only 2 or 3 good players). Has a better goal record at Southend though than a lot of our strikers of recent years. Hopefully Ally doesn't see him as a striker
  4. Ah ok, sorry, been off the bevy a couple weeks so back on it and pretty half cut already. Do you go to all the games GS? I used to go all the time but last season I gave up because there was no point travelling 300 miles all round to be bored. Rangers til I die but I'll support the team from my home if they continue to try to play rugby with a round ball.
  5. To be honest, I'm not sure I actually trust whoever is actually currently running our club enough for me to bother with the financial outlay. FS - I'm not sure I follow? (Apologies - had a few ciders and some fake champagne) Normally I sit in the Broomloan but I'd prefer to sit in the Main Stand or Govan for a better view. You can't see shit in the Broomloan when we're attacking the other end. I remember Vanoli hitting a peach against Dundee (??) many moons ago and I only knew it went in because of the roar of the crowd. PS - you actually get a not bad view of the whole match in the Broomloan rear IMO. At the front you see fuck all at the other end.
  6. He'll be gone pretty soon. I like the guy but he is serving absolutely no purpose. Our PR is even worse under his command. I actually really like the guy but it's serving no purpose and his scripted interview with McCoist insulted my intelligence. Felt more like Big Brother or X Factor.
  7. A couple of points. Inverdale meant nothing by his comments. She is no looker and he was trying to give her some praise. Also, I'm surprised anyone under the age of 70 fails to comprehend the fact that 'coloured' people is offensive. It's probably been quite clearly offensive for a good 15 years. I certainly can't remember a time in my lifetime when it was deemed anything other than offensive. (I'm not all that far off 30)
  8. Does Souness know that part of the final bid from Kennedy and TBK involved reaching the latter stages of the CL? There's more chance of Kyle Hutton winning the balloon d'or than there is of us reaching the latter stages of the CL when we get back to the SPL
  9. I only plan on attending a handful of games next season. Unless the standard of football dramatically changes then the distance I have to travel is just not worth it to see the same turgid, mind numbing rubbish. However, to help the club I will happily get a season ticket but I would be looking to go to the games with my old man. If I get a season ticket, what chance would I have of my Dad being able to buy a match ticket next to my season ticket seat?
  10. It's my understanding from RM that quite worryingly, our youth are abysmal. If Kal Naismith was seen worthy of a first team place then this is quite obviously true. I've been saying for over 10 years on Rangers forums that we need to instigate and intelligent infrastructure of expansive scouting and youth development. Unfortunately this has never come to fruition and as a result we sign dross and develop terrible players. My main hope for our future is we find someone with 10% of Jurgen Klopp's ability and develop an attacking brand of short passing football with a focus on cheap foreign talent and youth players. Instead we have Ally who along with McLeish is basically the worst manager of all time
  11. Welcome to the Easdales, at least when you fuck us we can't say we weren't warned. You would think after Murray, without even mentioning Whyte, we should be running to the hills at the mention of a tax cheat. Here we have convicted criminals joining us and the morons in our support lap it up. Why is it that every single fucking person that seems interested in buying into us is an absolute cunt? What the actual fuck is going on here? A lot of clubs have bosses they don't like but we literally attract the absolute scum of the earth
  12. Who gives a fuck? I have no interest in what goes on at the pedodome and I wish more of us were inclined that way. They are meant to be the obsessed mob but a lot of our supporters are exactly the same.
  13. A lot of praise for a dire manager indeed.
  14. So true. pretty sure this guy is a fan of David Murray too.
  15. How do you know these people are not going to do the same thing? Did one of the Easdales not do time for tax fraud? We have been led down the garden path multiple times by various people in power. Some of us are smart enough to see when it is happening again. What have I done to deserve being banned?
  16. A mediocre player but much better than what we have. You know it's a weak argument though when having Scotland caps is used as justification for someone's ability.
  17. How dare they question us when we are operating at a loss? What with our excellent financial track record over the last 10 years, it is just unacceptable! Unfortunately with fans like 'Der Berliner' we will always have gullible supporters who will very easily get the wool pulled over their eyes.
  18. Reminds me a bit of the 'Doomsday Darrell' rubbish and all the Daily Record stuff about Whyte that got proven completely correct. See no evil speak no evil, eh?
  19. It annoys me that wikipedia hold it in some sort of esteem. The introduction to Ronaldinho on wiki says he's a balloon d'or and champions league winner (fair play) as well as being in the Fifa 100 . Just to remind you, Hong Myung-Bo, Abedi Pele, El Hadj Diouf and a couple of women are in this list. pele should stick to making adverts about jonnies
  20. It's good for the game. The streams are horrendous anyway and filled with ads and malware. Compared to watching games in HD on sky it's a waste of time. The only good thing about streams for me is watching games not televised, but the streams are barely watchable.
  21. Our problems are very straightforward. We are a nation of fat, lazy bastards with no intelligent coaching infrastructure or philosophy with regard to football. It is not just down to luck that Uruguay have far more decent footballers in their current first XI than we have produced in the last 15-20 years combined (with half the population). The kids there will all be out playing every day with coaches focusing them on pass and move football. I would imagine one or 2 of our players in the past 20 years have been born with the same tools as the likes of Cavani. Hopefully.
  22. What part of this can you not comprehend? I'll try and break it down for you?
  23. Imran Ahmad stated so on RM. To be honest, we should be paying this for our manager. In fact we should be prepared to spend quite lavishly on this position because it is the most important person in the club. However, in this instance the ability and the salary do not even begin to correlate. At times I find myself thinking, much like I did under McLeish, that we probably wouldn't do much worse if the players just picked themselves.
