  1. No, if the ball had been stopped, or the players out wide marked and tracked properly, then he wouldn't have had to make the clearance. They (Tav and Cantwell) were the biggest culprits. School boy football you're taught- stop the cross.
  2. Danilo has played in most, if not all of Feyenoord's pre-season games scoring 2 goals (I believe).
  3. Goal came from Tav and Cantwell not marking their men and letting them run off them and not stoppimg the cross. But easier to blame Davies and Borna I suppose rather than those really at fault.
  4. Only one horse I'm backing and it's currently 1-0 down.
  5. Maybe I am - he hasn't been any worse than most of our players. A very disjointed and disappointing performance thus far.
  6. Not what you said previously - just can't wait to see you find a way tocblame Borna for that goal
  7. He hasn't, but struggling to pick one player who has been "great".
  8. He's won every header he has contested, he's delivered quality into the box. He has made mistakes but so have all the other players why not call them out?
  9. Because it was Borna - a few on here will want him sent off for that challenge
  10. He has been no worse then any other Rangers player tonight, but I understand that that doesn't fit the bashing narrative. We've always got to have one player to berate haven't we.
  11. I must be a different game - or is it just bash Borna Wednesday?
  12. Yeah, right next to UBs tonight. Wonder of I'll get a shot of the drum?
  13. A tweet about Feyenoord last pre-season saying it would be fantastic to have Danilo, Dessers and / or Lammers as a front 2 😁
  14. He isn't rubbish tho so no need to pretend.
  15. It's OK Danilo is changing has nationality to Dutch so will be fine.
  16. I'm sure Rangers sent out an email saying the 3rd kit had exceeded all expectations and sold far more than expected.
  17. I like all three but IMO the 2nd kit is bast, followed by home kit, then 3rd (as explained earlier, dont like crest and Castore logo in the centre and crest is a little bit too large).
  18. R.I.P Trevor - great footballer.
  19. Stats are wonderful aren't they. We all slated Fashion for those two open goals against Celtic, now we're "wondering" if we are right in signing Danilo. We wanted rid of the current squad yet question MB on who he's signing to replace players who we deemed as "not good enough" and 'serial losers". Seems MB can't win. IiRC Danilo scored 15 goals in 33 appearances for Feyenoord last season and has scored 2 or 3 already this pre-season. Personally I can't wait to see Danilo in our team.
  20. "Rangers FC is approaching an agreement with a new offer to release Danilo from Feyenoord. That reports the Algemeen Dagblad on Sunday evening. The Scottish record champion has made an ultimate offer to Feyenoord worth more than six million euros.”
  21. We are playing different systems depending on who is on the pitch at any certain time. Pre-season is all about getting minutes into all the players so it will always look a bit disjointed. Think is obvious we're looking at a high press and have scored goals against Newcastle and Humburg pressing them. We are also looking to build from the back but our best exponents of this are Goldson and Souttar. Think it's a little early to worry about players form, tactics, systems etc, it's all about getting players fitness levels to where they are required to be.
  22. Hope it is something they'll do going forward.
  23. I thought the UBs sounded great today. Since reverting to wearing blue instead of black, they look aesthetically better as well. As well as the impressive display, great to hear them chanting Hamburg songs as well. The UBs started in the CR, looks like they've found their spiritual home. As for the drummer....
  24. Danilo scored for Feyenoord again today.
