Cantwell was wanted by Liverpool and Villa a few seasons back and was rated at £40M at one point. Lost his way a little (maybe caught up in the hype) but any reports I've read about him have been positive. The kind of player we need to take a punt on.

I think he's the best we've got at the moment tho.

Has to one of the front three - Alfie with 2 goals and an assist and some signs that he is getting back to his best. Kent had a quiet 1st half but played well in 2nd half and scored a cracking goal. Fashion Jnr was possible our best player in 1st half and had a hand in the goals. Difficult choice but went for Alfie.

I luv football fans - rewind 24hrs and it was a sh1t window, nobody had signed, board and Wilson were dragging their heels. 24hrs later ans we've still not signed anyone, but a few internet rumours and everyone is on cloud 9 😉

I thought Lundstram improved 2nd half but certainly not as good as he's been recently.

I also think Power got away with a 2nd yellow card in 2nd half - Clancy sh@t it as he'd already sent Killie player off.

I think "embarrassing" is extreme - we didn't "hang on". Killie had one late half chance to score, we had 2 or 3 good chances. Hyperbole that will hopefully subside as the night draws to a close.

Really? I agree the gradual return of "our Alfie" is a huge positive, I thought Kent played well 2nd half, as did Fashion Jnr. 3 very good goals - all well worked and well taken (eventually when talking about Kents lol). 2nd half Kamara and Lundstram pushed 10-15 yards further forward and allowed us to build quicker and more effectively. After we equalised I don't think us getting a positive result was in any doubt. Hardly a perfect performance but a win that was never in doubt and should have been more emphatic.

Acht, sloppy performance but ultimately another victory which was really never in doubt. 2nd half better than the 1st - Kent, Alfie and Fashion looked far more effective in 2nd half. Just need to eradicate the sloppy defending.

Supporting Rangers is seriously bad for your health.......

And the half way line, and in our own box.... ditherers all over the pitch at times. We've created a few a chances 2nd half and should have scored more. More dithering sees us lose another goal
