Ally McCoist: I'd have bet on Ibrox not being picked for League Cup final
pete replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Europe never killed Scottish football. Taking football out of the Schools and not replacing it with any sort of decent youth development put Scottish football where it is. Even now as far as I can see from a distance the grass roots youth development leaves a lot to be desired.- 90 replies

Funny many posters have been saying for years that the club should come out and take a stance against people who try to slur our name. When they do it everybody is up in arms. I think they have to look at what happened in the past when stories like this grew arms and legs and caused our downfall.

Fund Objectives and Questions for River & Mercantile
pete replied to BrahimHemdani's topic in Rangers Chat
We already have King come and now gone but he has not shown 1 penny worth that he is even interested. (Yeh Bullshit in the media). He could have got the club at a bargain price but never showed any interest. He may even have been able to buy the club for a penny instead of Whyte but never showed an interest. I know he had problems in that time but I am sure he had options open to do something.- 56 replies

Just as a matter of interest, I believe everyone can change their own title. If you go to edit post and then Go Advanced you can make changes to the title. Great piece dÁrt.

Why entrust Rangers to people who don't share our values or dreams?
pete replied to amms's topic in Rangers Chat
The RST are saying all the money would be going to Rangers yet if I want to invest it would cost me a monthly membership fee. Let people invest without becoming members or put the monthly fee into the investment where wanted.- 31 replies

Supporters Direct chief calls on Rangers fans to unite...
pete replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
I don't know the in's and out's of what happened but I do know from experience that people who work hard for a club and are promoted within an organisation seem to go from everyone appreciating them to a sort jealousy and resentment. I don't know if that is the case here but that seems to happen in every organisation. At the same time some do misuse the power they have gained. -

How does it make you feel? The fact that the Rangers support is split, not even in half but in fractions. I don't believe for one second that all members of the RST have just blindly followed Dingwall. I honestly believe the most want what is best for Rangers. I am not a member by the way. -
[FC Twente sing carnival de paris which ends in la la la - la la la la - la la la la la la Twente. The ultra's sing it first with all the drums and when they stop the opposite side of the ground start. When they stop the ultra's begin again They do this a few times after each other. It really is quite impressive. This is carnival de paris. Although I am sure you knew.

I put my name in for East Fife as I done Stenny the last time. -
As I said I think playing these teams week in week out is different to a one of cup game. I think I was really replying to something you wrote. Yep I think I was thinking on another thread. It is age I am still slowly trying to catch up.

While we may not be able to take a good SPL team on in a cup game I personally believe that this team would still end at least second in the SPL. We may have to bring in 1 or 2 players but a one of cup game is totally different to a league season.
