Funny I had the exact same thought. Fools seldom differ as they say.
-
We now know we have to win. I had hoped Hearts may have gotten a draw tonight meaning a draw was good enough for us on Sunday. If we lose this now it really will be a disaster although I can't really see it. That in itself is a danger though.
-
Yes I can live with your choices.
-
Yes I believe we would have 2 qualifiers but I think we will be seeded for them if that makes a difference.
-
We never thought Motherwell would beat the tims at Fir park on Helicopter Sunday so I would prefer to take the short route over the winning line. Come on the Hearts!!!
-
I agree to disagree as in Healy getting a 7. It is a bit like someone getting a degree because he never took an exam and therefore never got any questions wrong. Sorry Danny. I would go more with Healy-2 Never got a chance to prove himself. Foster 4 played well when got a chance but never made a big impact really.

Rangers 2 - 0 Dundee Utd - Player Ratings and MoM Poll
pete replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
As I said in another thread it would be Edu for me i thought he was excellent last night. I will go along with Weir because of the way he played plus birthday plus his last game at Ibrox thing but Edu was the best player imo. I think DW's emotions showed last night that he is also stopping and if he is it is a pity he did not announce it so that he could have also taken part in an Ibrox send off. I may be wrong. -
Well done Gers4life. I was so praying for that 3rd goal.

I certainly find it unfair to say that all that SDM done was bad. He had his good moments. But for a manager(business not football) to get a business 70mill in the red and near to bankruptcy is just pure bad management. He even went on to make the same mistake twice. David Murray can be remembered as the man who gave us 9iar and a barrow-load of prizes. There again people must not forget he nearly killed the club in doing it and he must go down as the worst financial manager in our history as far as I know.

You shouldn't need the back-up forum mate as that is only if the site is down. BMCK, Frankie or Zappa are the technicians on board so maybe you could drop them an PM. For the other part of your post we only delete posts if it is a personal attack on someone or if the Language is thought to be not suitable. That does not mean we delete it for every swear word we all use them but more where the swearing out-weighs the post. We certainly don't delete because someone has a different opinion.

There was talk of doing a complete new version as far as I know but if it has started yet, I have no idea.
-
I think the other one is based on all games ever in Europe and there are points win, lose, draw, gf and ga. Whether it is his own points system or an official one I have no idea.
-
Schaars is a far better player than McCulloch imo but he would indeed be in the same position.
-
If that was the estimate for Schaars this season then he may be a bit cheaper next season as his contract will be shorter. Roorda is a brilliant buy for 850k Euro's and only 23.

I believe that some on here are still members of the trust but like yourself not active. Craig very generously paid for the membership for 10 members a few years ago. (Strange as many say he won't even buy a pint ). We did a project a few years ago called Setting the Standards together with RM and VB which we presented to RFC. FF was asked to participate in the project but declined. If we can't get a few websites united for such a project to try and help Rangers then I am afraid the chance of uniting a large community is a pipe dream. If you are interested you can read Setting the standards on the main site archives. It is worth a read if you have time to spare.

A job for Calscot he is the expert in these kind of things.

If he doesn't have a tie by tomorrow night I am going to flood his e-mail account.

http://www.footballdatabase.com/worldrankings.php?Rnk=1 I just came across the world club rankings and was surprised the tims are 4 places above Rangers. How is that possible when we have a far better Euro record?

A lot of the Dutch clubs are moving in on Geert-Arend Roorda who was loaned to Excelsior from Herenveen. He won't go back to Herenveen as long as their current manager is in Charge. He would be good in the Scottish league I believe. Stijn Schaars is also wanting a move away from AZ preferably to a foreign team. He would prefer one of the bigger leagues but who knows he may go for a chance at Rangers and the CL(hopefully). He would be a great buy for mid-mid. I have no idea what he would cost.
-
He isn't happy with all the press and such things he prefers to stay in the background. He was manager of Ajax before but He obviously didn't enjoy it.
-
Yes horrible the way he keeps saying I or Aye every second word. I wonder if he always does that or it is just nerves?
-
No Jan Wouters does not want to be manager only second in charge but it is said that he has as much to say at Utrecht as the manager.

You didn't open a can of worms and if you are a supporter or member of the RST then you have the right to say that. This was a strong RST website in the past but unfortunately as I say many have lost the trust in them. Most would like to see a strong trust re-emerge but not under the current leadership. This is my view and not a view of the website.

I think you can smell when an RST post is posted.
