  1. Unfortunately i don't know if the RST are the ones to lead the way on that. They seem to have lost the third word of their name with many supporters.

    El-Hadji Diouf

The fans seem to be pretty decisive with 85%+ not wanting him back. I just wonder what Ally is thinking but to be honest I will be most surprised if he gets a contract. I just think he slows the game down far too much by holding the ball far too long.
  3. Unless it was Neil Lennon you knock down then the question of intent is more questionable.
  4. I thought Papac was outstanding and agree with Frankie and the Sponsors that he was man of the match.
  5. Picking the right men for the job is a positive part of course so on that part he made good decisions.
  6. I won't be giving him anymore clicks but sometimes it is also good to know what the enemy is doing.
  7. Anyone seen this Website, I came across it while googling. http://rangerstaxcase.com/2011/04/10/one-week-to-go/
  8. Ah ha so the 48 hours were right all the time.
  9. I would put Jan Wouters into that role as well. He has a Rangers past and learned a lot since he left Ibrox. He would be a great second man.
  10. Twente won the cup 3-2 after being 2-0 down. They really are the best team in Holland at this moment. Theo Jansen is absolute class. Next weekend Rangers and Twente both champions life can't get much better. Twente were singing a song that discriminates against the Jews as the Ajax supporters call themselves jews and fly the star of David. I will be expecting Fare to be making a report to UEFA this week. NOT!
  11. Craig get the Directors box singing there is no reason they can't.
  12. What Craig and Gers4life said with a ladle full on top.
  13. Just wondered what the general thoughts were in keeping Diouf for next season. I personally am not a fan and would hope that he is sent back to Blackburn but interested to see if anyone thinks he should be offered a contract.
  14. I don't like Diouf and nothing to do with his past. I just feel he slows the play down so much that my granny could keep up with the pace of the game. Apart from 2 goals(I think) he has done little that I can see to get excited about keeping him. Agree about Eremenko I have also gone off him in the last few weeks but to be honest he was great when he had Sammond(?) to aim at up front now he seems to try too much alone. It would be interesting to see how he would do with better players around him.
  15. Sorry mate I feel that statement is totally wrong. The moderation on this site gives everybody the right to have their own opinion. We all argue what we think is right and that includes moderators outwith their moderating function. Just because a moderator disagreed with you does not mean that you are considered anything else as someone with a different opinion. The one thing this site prides itself on is freedom of speech but if someone disagrees then it will be open to discussion.
  16. I think what you guys forget is that as long as the tax issue is running that liquidation is still a strong possibility. I doubt if CW is interested or can put up 40 mill to pull us out of trouble. Don't forget he has put many other businesses into Liquidation to clear their debts. I nor I believe FS is saying it will happen for sure but just realising the possibility exists and not many of us believe that CW is Santa Claus.
  17. I don't think McLeish was hounded out for any sheep connections but his management decisions. The Craig Moore fiasco to name but one. I also think he fell foul to the Barry Ferguson clique although he obviously never thought that himself as he took him to Brum. One thing is for sure since the Ferguson clique has been broken up the team seems to be far more of a team pulling in one direction and winning league titles. Something we couldn't do with Ferguson trying to run the show.
  18. This week the two meet in the final of cup and next week the two have a league shoot-out with the winner taking all and Twente only needing a draw. I have just got one other thing to say. "Come on TWENTE get into them!!!"
  19. A lot of what Forlanssister, Bluedells, Brahims and Frankie's statements over the Whyte issue make a lot of sense. I don't blame Whyte for trying to get Rangers on the cheap and to be honest I think that no matter who the owner was that if we lose the tax case Ibrox and Murray park was always going to be the only bargaining tool available. It breaks my heart to say it but I agree with FS MIH has got rid of that tax bill very cheaply.
  20. McCoist wouldn't be my pick but who knows maybe he will surprise us all. I certainly think he is certain to be the manager as I don't see Whyte wanting to spend a lot of money on a new manager.
  21. Maybe if your own players had tried a bit harder against Caley you may not be in the position you are in Lenny

    What a dream

He seemed to stay out the way of everybody as Walter only met him when he went to his seat in the stand. He could have asked for a tie though but I think we can forgive him this time.
  23. I wonder if anyone predicted the score correctly.
  24. Sorry mate but the radio is more tied up than the tv. Possibly British services oversea's? Or maybe try BBC radio Scotland via Sopcast. I don't know just suggesting.
  25. No I think Davis has had more of an impact than Ness has so I would put Davis in for Ness.
