I said in a previous post that the players we have right now at Ibrox are good enough to win the SPL,providing PLG can instill passion and fight into the squad if he can do that then you will see how weak the Tic are and the Jambos were on a high,which they will find hard to repeat. The catains job is a lot easier when the whole team are bustin thier balls for the jersey,[not what happened last season],and in PLG i think if you're not he'll have you sitting on the bench.It's up to the whole team not just one man,captain,to drive the team on.So whoever the captain is doesn't matter if you have players hiding...!!! during games or giving 100%, it is a team effort

Canny see what all the fuss is about myself, i don't care who the captain is. I'm just glad to see Gavin getting back involved in the first team as i think he could do a job when 100% fit,he's got a great engine and likes to get in the box.Anybody who works their balls off for the jersey deserves a chance IMO.

A good honest post Cammy.I like you support Scotland and also i don't hate the English,jealous maybe,but i think most of us hate the way the English media go on, at every opportunity,about England as it's in your face all the time.If roles were reversed i think you would get the same response from most English supporters, i mean who wants to listen to nonstop talking about a team that not only you don't support but let's be honest they are the auld enemy,plus the fact that they're not just satisfied with competing at the WC they're always going to win it which i think is quite disrespectful to opposing teams now there's nothing wrong in thinking you CAN win it but to me they always go OTT.Having said that this hate thing is also way OTT,personaly i think it's just the neds as usual as i don't know anybody that hates England,not saying there isn't.But you're right it'll be some acheivement for Scotland to qualify for a major tournament again,but lets hope they do

Aye,i'm glad PLG rates Boyd and believes he can make him an even better player great news IMO.I think you can already see how the new manager likes to operate by signing young quality believing he can improve thier game. As for Boyd his commitment is superb and the guy wants to be a Rangers legend, let's hope he achieves his goal

Well IMO i think he is worth a gamble as long as we get him cheap enough, he's Scottish,young and again there is room for improvement which we all know PLG has a reputaion for getting the best out of players.

Well don't know much about him but if Le Gaffer wants him then that's ok by me, we can only give PLG 100% backing and trust and let him do his thing and hopefully he will produce the goods, i'm not going overboard but i just think he has standards, won't be pissed about and i believe he will get the best out of exsisting players and the new players so i'm just eagerly awaiting to see what the man is going to produce. Well i think that is exactly what we need at Ibrox and i believe you will see a big improvement in players that are already at the club as i think that a lot of the blame for last season has to be underachieving players.There are good players at Ibrox so hopefully Le Gaffer can bring the best out of them.
