Fantastic commentary from that goal.

Craig Brown believes there should be no way back for Kris Boyd
Super_Ally replied to ian1964's topic in General Football Chat
Uncapped (or few caps), out of form, not scoring goals. We needed a goal. We kept the goalscorer on the bench for this pair of diddies (perhaps harsh on Fletcher now, but not at the time). He stepped aside to allow someone who might get played a shot. Makes sense. If Burley wouldn't play him then, he'd never play him. Brown shut your pie hole. -

Would commitment to SCotland not mean picking the best players for the manager, and supporting the team that plays and the best available players being picked for the rest of us? (Poorly worded but you get the jist). -
Good shout mate.

Aye, but in what language is anyone's guess.

I don't think they're doing us any favours there. Why highlight a minority of misbebahviour over the majority who behave. By tackling the "problem" head on and admitting we have a few who misbehave, rather than being congratulated for being proactive or at least having the attention turned to those who ignore their issues, we merely invite more attacks. Whilst Celtic, who refuse to admit any wrong doing by their fans and never admit they have done anything wrong or have any issues to tackle, are left alone. Because their defence is staunch and resolute no one attacks them. We have shown ourselves to be weak and so, whilst we accept criticism after criticism and santion after sanction we merely invite more censure on our club and support.

Well he did say it was only Burley he wouldn't play for. Ergo he is elligible.
-
Aye we can, he's "on holiday".

I just copied the last preview; Fraser's for Motherwell. Having had a llok at yours for the DU game I think the small crests look quite smart too. Leave it up to the personal opinion of each author? Or set a forum standard?
-
Sorry, I asked where I could find the crests, then locked the thread after finding the answer from the last preview written.

Been stitched up at work recently. Missed the last 2 televised games. Was off for the postpoed DU game, but not the replayed one. Working on the 27th, prob working DU game too and working the OF. Fucking joke. -
Suprised no one else had anything to say about this. Encouraging read I thought.

But if our points totals are relatively consistent whilst Hibs have boosted quite a bit it points to the declining gap being a combination of our decline and their improvement. -

For further reference: http://www.rangers.premiumtv.co.uk/page/tables/0,,5~20071223,00.html In the 07/08 Season we had 35 points after 16 games (we now have 37). Celtic had 37 after 18 games (the table on the official site shows up after each of our fixtures, we must have had a couple of postponements to account for Celtic having played 2 more games). This year they are on 33 after 16 games. -

I mentioned in another thread that after 15 games we were 2points worse off than last year. Celtic were about 5 or 6. Hibs were a good 6 points up on the third placed team at that point last year (which was Hearts iirc, not Hibs anyway). So Hibs have started a damn sight better than last season. Add in a 12 game unbeaten streak and I think it is fair to say that whilst the OF are a bit worse, Hibs are also much improved. A combination of factors. Andy writes an excellent piece that seems to reflect a growing optimism for the rest of the season (after the Euro disaster) across a number of forums and yet again your replies leave people contemplating the worst. Mind you a man with such a high opinion of Aaron but who doesn't seem to rate a single current Rangers eomployee can't be much fun to talk to. -
Different individuals mature at different times. Fleck and Wilson were introduced at 17. Some players are not ready til a little later.

Wasn't suggesting you were wrong. Just didn't know where some of the figures came from. (E.G. t.v. money).
