Seem to be a few conflicting stories about what happened but couple of things stand out: 1. Stewarding and stadium organisation in foreign countries is downright dangerous. 2. We continue to have a small minority of fans who let us down; provocation or not. I'm glad to see the club highlight this but it is going to get to the stage soon where UEFA may punish us severely.

Unirea 1 - 1 Rangers: Player Ratings and MoM Poll
Frankie replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
The save he had in the first half where he tipped it wide was incredible... Really is on the top of his form right now. -
No, they don't mate unfortunately. Smith said we played well. We didn't other than the odd few mins here and there. I'd play Fleck on Saturday for one.

The whole midfield is awful mate. I just can't understand why people are prepared to single out people like McCulloch when he's no worse than anyone else. Davis and Thomson were a joke last night - embarrassments. I actually think Thomson's last knee injury may have finished his top-level career as he seems to have lost all pace and mobility. Not sure what Davis' excuse is but he better get the finger out and fast.

Why do people persist in picking Steven Davis? He's awful.

Nope no news - as soon as we hear something concrete we'll post it though...

Why would they have taken on short-term loans instead of longer term borrowing?

Short and not so sweet reading that article... One wonders why this straightforward and worrying information hasn't accompanied the debate in the media. Seems clear to me that MIH is finished in its present form.

Cool - will get this on the main site now...

Gersnet Experience is an advanced Level/Promotion and Activity System with awards and activities. It will calculate an activity and experience score for every user based on their activities on the forum. Now you will see how your level is increasing by participating on the forum - please see orange and blue bars for your levels. Communities are not only defined by post count, they need much more parameters: Are the postings the user creates helpful? Are his threads frequently read? Does the user participate on the community by posting pictures, attachments, leaving visitor messages, tagging threads? All this can be answered with this new mod. Have fun...

Honestly don't think we do any set-piece training - offensively or defensively. Our attacking free-kicks and corners are dreadful with most hardly getting past the first man or over-hit. Our throw-ins are embarrassing and we'd be as well just not taking them. In defence, for some reason, we have every, single player back for every defensive set-piece and that only seems to cause confusion as well as an inability to retain possession if we do clear it. Really frustrating and I'd love someone to ask Smith about it at the AGM - even if we have more pressing concerns off the field...

Yep, superb work - well done to VB and the people who donated!

Hahaha! Good idea Johnny... In fact, maybe we should have two separate Rangers sub-forums? Would be interesting to see who moved back and forth throughout the course of a season.

See post 3 where I wrote the following: "Obviously this will be in our weekly newsletter as well this week given we're trying to reach people who don't post as well as those who do..."

With the greatest of respect I think you're being a bit overly analytical here Cal... Rangers have been pretty poor this season and, bad luck or not, were well beaten in the last game v Unirea at home. As such, while we're also capable of good results in Europe, of course it is realistic to expect we will struggle again tomorrow and it certainly doesn't mean the 'pessimistic' bears amongst us know more or are somehow insulting others. Moreover, thinking we could lose and posting as much on an internet forum, isn't quite the same as not supporting the club or capitulating mentally. I don't feel overly confident in many games nowadays but in every game I attend, by backing for the team in situ cannot be questioned. The two issues are not necessarily the same thing. People are only giving their opinion of which they're entitled to. Let's not make an issue of out something that is pretty harmless in the grand scheme of things.

:D I'd just been told the lad from Rangers was doing well and assumed it was Perry. Didn't even know Kinniburgh was there as well. Another young lad who was rated highly enough but couldn't quite get into the team. These players will be watching the situation with the bank closely.
