I would have to go for Adam's against Stuttgart. Huttons run and the way Charlie cut inside and curled it round the keeper - lovely.

Hopefully the Hutton moey combined with the European money will allow us to keep hold of both, especially Carlos. And the success of this year might help persuade them they want to stay.

I think the UEFA although if you had asked a few weeks ago I would've said the league. Like you said Gribz, I've seen plenty of league titles and expect a good few more. Chances for a European trophy are few and far between.

I think, and Thursday proved it, home or away doesn't make a difference to us. Walter has the team set out playing the same way so I think we'll win on wednesday. I can see Motherwell getting a win again today. Celtc are a shambles and they're fighting for Europe. and their pitch is, as the say, a leveller.

One of the things I've always admired about Fergie's signings is the way he seems to get players with a winning mentality. I think that's what will get them through. There first team is better than Chelsea's.

And how would that work??? A salary cap? Players are still going to want to play for Chelsea/Man U/Arsenal etc cos the chances of success are there, the status, both footballing and media is there and so is the opportunity to play with and against the best players. And look at Arsenal - he's hardly thrown millions at signing Senderos, Clichy, Almunia, Toure, Eboue and Diaby. And then look at Riordan, Murray, Brown, Caldwell, Thompson and Whittaker and going back further, Kenny Miller and Andy Goram - the OF have cherry picked players from Hibs (just one example) for years. There's always a bigger fish!!!

That was some game. Was trying to keep my Sheepie mate up to date cos he was working. I think he thoght I was taking the piss in the first 15 minutes of the 2nd half. But I'm worried after all the shocks north and south in the cups. But we should have the treble sewn up now!

I think if fabregas had continued the season the way he started he might have been close, but it's Ronaldo all the way. Thought Robbie Keane might have been in with a shout, but I'm surprised only one United player, cos Rio has been outstanding this season.

Don't think there is any way Chesney would sell him to us, but I really don't understand why he doesn't use him. It must be something personal, but then you would expect it to have come out by now. Don't blame Riordan for being pissed off.
