Aye, I knewit was a pokey wee place.
-
Monaco were runners up and I'm not too sure how big their stadium is. Think it's under 30000. And it's always virtually empty I think.
-
I'll do East Stirling then if you want. Will get something rattled off this evening.
-
I would be looking at closer to £3 especially if it's Mcleish that's looking. He obviously knows his worth and Birmingham signed O'Connor for, I think 2.6.
-
Nope, not that I can see. Tix are 15 and kids go free. If I wasn't working the we man would get his first Ibrox trip,

Furman and Efrem to get a chance too. Kids In For Cup RISING stars John Fleck, Dean Furman and Giorgos Efrem have been named in Walter Smith's squad for Sunday's Scottish Cup fourth round tie against East Stirling. The manger has decided to draft the youngsters in even although there is no under-21 rule applicable in the premier knockout tournament. And there is every chance that one or all of them could be involved which could give the Ibrox fans a glimpse of the future. Furman and Efrem have both come from the Premiership, Furman starting his career at Chelsea and Efrem with Arsenal, and they have both been doing really well in the Murray Park youth department. While Fleck has been fast-tracked through the youth system and now regularly plays for the reserve team even although he is only 16. Indeed, if the nephew of former Rangers sriker Robert Fleck appears on Sunday he will become one of the youngest Rangers players to take part in a competitive match in the modern era. Both Fleck and Furman were double winners with the Rangers youth team last season clinching the Under-19 SPL title and thrashing Celtic 5-0 in the SFA Youth Cup when South African Furman was the captain. All three have been on the first team bench at various times this season and Sunday could be the moment for one or all of them to make their first appearance. KIDS GO FREE TO SUNDAY'S CUP TIE

Derby have also brought in Danny Mills on loan and Lauren Robert who was unattached.
-
It's bugger all to do with kids or family. I've just listened to his phone iin to Talk Sport and he comes accross as a whingey wee git. Carra in the cream puff However in the interview he does say that growing up Liverpool were more important than England. I suppose that's fair enough, I guess that's his opinion and he is entitled to it, but I just can't understand it. Still think he's a stroppy twat!
-
I would sell him, purely because I think that is where, under Walter, we're going to get the best value for him.
-
as far as I know it's a free transfer.
-
Exactly, he's under no obligation. It's an honour bestowed upon thos who are felt have reached the level where they can represent their country. And people who are given that honour shouldn't pick and choose when they will accept it.
-
The fact is, Walter obviously doesn't see much in him. When we were crying out for a goal against Lyon, he left him sitting. I'm sure there have been big games (I think the OF game at least, maybe others) where he hasn't even made the bench. that to me, says the club will be better served with the cash.
-
I was another who didn't think Walter should be brought back, but you can't argue with the results since his return.
-
My debate isn't whether he should start or not. It's whether he is more valuable on the bench or as money in the bank to investin players who will start. Walter has said that the squad doesn't need increased but he is looking to enhance the first team.
-
I heard an analysis of how he sets his team out using the Prozone thing a couple of months back. The difference in style of play from what Newcastle were doing last year to this is huge. And it was the same (although reversed) with Sammy lee at Bolton. Chairmen just don't seem to realise that when a new manager comes in it will take a significant length of time for the players to adjust to new methods and new teammates joining.
-
I have no idea if Banks is any good, can't ever remember seeing him do anything I've thought good or bad.
-
Not sure I used the word disgrace, but can't be bothered to check. But yes, I strongly disagree with any player thinking they know better than the national team manager. As I said, it is an honour to represent your country and by deciding that you're too good to sit on the bench and wait for the opportunity, however limited, to use your skills and abilites to aid your country, then yes, it is disgraceful. Edit - I checked, I used the words twat and prick :moon:
-
Doesn't matter how long he's been there. Representing your country is an honour and should be treated as such.
-
I've said for the two seasons before this one that I would concede the title if we could start to build a base for the future, using talent from home or abroad culminatng in a squad that could compete for 5,6,7 years. I wanted us to get away from the Fan-fan, Letizi, Ostenstad panic signings and that's what has happened. This year it'll be very hard to take if we lose out on the title, but if we can keep the nucleus if the squad together and push on, simlarly to Scotlands efforts, I'll be gutted but looking forward to the future.
-
Just because there are better players than you doesn't mean you should storm off in the cream puff. Ungrateful prick- he should remember that there are millions out there who would sell their right bollock to be in that squad just once.
-
You want me to e-mail SPL and see if they'll switch it?? Can't remember the last time I watched a midweek OF match. Maybe when Big Berti Konterman scored a screamer in the Cup? I'm just glad it's soon as I was away for the last one and I' needing my fix. Watched and old one on Rangers TV last night, the one where Lambert escaped getting sent off cos Albertz re-arranged his smile - I miss Gabriel Amato, he was great!!! Scored a peach in that game.
-
I think it'll be Redknapp. But really, what do the Newcastle board want. He'scome in, re-organised the way the team plays whilst not losing any ground from last year. If they weren't happy with the style of play, maybe they should have paid attention when they were playing Bolton for the ast 8 seasons!!!
-
He's a twat. Turned his back on his country, the highest accolade a player can get. Prick.
-
Wasn't keen on him coming and probaby won't notice once he goes.
-
Not in the formation we play at the moment. In the 4-5-1 my first choice would be Darcheville.
