So, Weir, Webster and Egiogh in - more to follow?
alanmidd replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Charlie is just training with us, not on trial. he wont be offered a deal. Fotheringham is still 23 I think, so if he shows up well in training and practice matches whats the harm in giving him a deal to the end of the season -

Hopefully Walter bring the club togther and bring some domestic consistency that we haven't seen for 5/6 years. Think Gow will sign soon and a bid for Hartley will go in after the Hearts game. I'd rather have hartley over Brown as he's the finished article and we need experience to steady the ship. Seems Brown and Thomson are keen to to Porkheid anyway -
expect long ball tactics and players played out of position can't wait

What has Mark McGhee done?? what European success has Burley had? You say George Graham is the best, then you say Eck is head and shoulders above the rest, then you pick Burley??? Bizarre

Real No Longer Wish To Renew Beckham Contract
alanmidd replied to Beattie's topic in General Football Chat
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/europe/6248835.stm still think he could do it at Premiership level for another couple of years yet. Think viccy is after a crack the beckham brand in America, I don't think this would have been his first choice -
Well he coped with Henry and Trezeguet so I think He could still do a job short term in the spl
-
I don't like him in defence either but with rod gone there aren't any other options. Hopefully we'll see some movement in the transfer market this week
-
Really looking forward to the game. Should be a cracking atmosphere. Don't think WS will change much and I imagine we'll go 4-4-2.Not too sure how injuries are(Prso Clement Smith), but I'd go for __________McGregor_________ Hutton___Hemdani____Svensson___Muarry Burke____Fergie_____Rae_________Adam ___________Boyd____Prso Novo for Prso if the big man isn't fit

He wasn't as bad as Ostenstaad etc. He has had a really poor season but there were times last season he was a rock at the back. I remember him being excellent against Villareal away. Still no great loss
-
We're linked with him again today. Not ideal, but he does know how to defend and might be a good stop gap. He would also help bring on Svensson I think.
-
I think he'll stick with 4-4-2. We've been at our best this season when playing 4-4-2 and I don't think Walter will make wholesale changes
-
I think it should be Burns. With these games in March and a get-together in Feb, stability and continuity is the key. Burns knows the set up and the players so he is the only candidate for me

Welcome Home! The beginning of a new era, putting the heart back into our once great club

BBC reports Rangers and SFA are close to agreeing a compensation deal. Maybe we'll here something later today

Souness should never manage the club again after the way he walked out to to Liverpool. Doubt Muarry would take him back. Don't quite understand the clamour for Smith. Yes he gave us wonderful sucess, but he was backed by Muarry's checkbook and I don't think he'd give up the Scotland job
-
great minds my friend, great minds. Need a rangers man back at the helm. Get those overpaid wasters fired up and playing for the jersey
-
how about davies with mccoist, durrant and Stuart McCall in the dugout?
-
I'd hope to get closer to £5million. If Brown and Thomson are being quoted at 3 million, there is no way they are in the same bracket as barry
-
I agree with the guys saying Le Guen has to go. He axes our captain and most influential player and has totally lost the fans now. Don't understand Rae as the captain. This means we'll have to tolerate this no mark every week. I'm totally livid with this and I can't wait to see the back of Le Guen now

Dado has a groin injury and is rated as doubtful for the trip to inverness. He'll be a big miss.

The fans were singing Pardew's name last night and he is a former Charlton Player.
