I met one today who wouldn't be convinced that vaccination does not prevent infection.

Only the fucking SNP could ignore all advice to insist on implementing an impractical, unworkable scheme and then suspend the enforcement of it. This shit from the SNP gets more chaotic by the day. What "enforcement" are they talking about? Are they going to fine you for trying to get in without a covid passport, or fine the club if you succeed and get caught? Or are they talking about forcing the club to implement procedures that look as if they match the requirement. Frankly, it's such a crock of shit and the chances of it ever being fully implemented remain slim.

Overall we've gone backwards in terms of performances but there are some positives, including being top of the league of course. Bassey, Balogun, Patterson and Lundstram have gone from backups to some of our best performers. Fashion Sakala is settling in well and Hagi has grown in stature. Perhaps it's no bad thing that these guys face a bit of adversity - it's often the well from which success is drawn.

Fairly dispiriting stuff but important to acknowledge those who didn't let their standards drop like their colleagues. John Lundstram, Leon Balogun and John McLaughlin can all walk off with their heads up. The defence was truly woeful. How Dundee didn't score is a mystery.

I like the team selection with one exception .... Joe Aribo clearly needs some time to reflect and reset his focus. This would have been the day to start Bacuna instead. Nice to see Shirley keeping his place.

Whenever I hear him interviewed he comes cross as someone comfortable in his own skin. I think all he ever needed was time to feel he belongs. With Filip Helander out for a spell, big Leon couldn't have come good at a better time. Talking of centre backs, I think Connor Goldson has looked a bit more like himself recently - could we be in for some good news about his contract renewal?
