  1. Meanwhile, at Paddypower...... Next Conservative Party Leader Boris Johnson. 1/5. Jeremy Hunt. 6/1. Michael Gove. 16/1. Rory Stewart. 18/1. Sajid Javid. 20/1. Dominic Raab. 50/1.
  2. It surprises me that apparently no one can say where this “data” came from. It’s unusual for the data not to be accredited. All we are told is who interpreted it and what his credentials are. The clear aim aim seems to be to deflect any criticism of the SFA rather than attest to any “loyalty” of Rangers fans. Without something to back it up, I still think this is manufactured nonsense.
  3. New players don’t have to be exceptional to justify their recruitment, they just have to be better.
  4. You go, I'll listen out for you cheering louder than the Rangers haters the next time a Rangers player takes the field in a Scotland shirt.
  5. As far as I'm aware, this matter has nothing to do with not supporting the Scotland team and everything to do with reasons why Rangers fans in particular might not want to attend Scotland games in person, certainly not in the numbers inferred by the subject claim.
  6. I wouldn't be surprised to see Greg Docherty go out on loan again next season too.
  7. When Rangers fans at a Scotland game are afraid/reluctant to disclose that they're Rangers fans, I'm equally reluctant to believe many of them attend. If they do then they're in the throes of an identity crisis.
  8. What’s the source of this data? How is it acquired?Who compiles it?
  9. I’d say that’s bollocks.
  10. The entire Scottish establishment is united in ensuring there is no chance of an enquiry into the Parkhead paedophile scandal. The police, the judiciary, the media, all following the SNP government’s lead.
  11. Platinum licence? Licence to do what?
  12. Excellent decision
  13. Rod Petrie of Hibs is to be the SFA’s 53rd President, a fitting accolade for 21 years of service to Scotland’s version of the Taliban. Its interesting to to note that in 146 years of SFA Presidents, only one Rangers man has occupied the post for a single year - and that was 121 years ago. In the same period, four Celtic men have been President for a total of 20 years.
  14. I suspect its just my lack of knowledge in these matters but I always took the line that you could only judge the worth of any signing at the end of their first season. So I'm wondering how it is so many others seem to have the skill to assess prospective signings before they've even kicked a ball. How do you do it?
  15. Are Belgium resting a few players then?
  16. I agree the SNP will never allow a full and proper investigation and will protect Celtic at all costs. However, if it's not the SNP selling their souls for the Irish/catholic vote, it will be Labour doing the same thing. Scotland is basically run by and for a noxious minority
  17. Harsh but fair.
  18. I've been doing some major decluttering and came across this at the back of a cupboard in the garage. I used to have a club deck hospitality box in the nineties and noughts and they gave out momentos like this to box holders and guests on European nights. I've still got quite a few around the place but I have absolutely no memory of this particular game, including whether we won or lost. In any case, after the pain of the last few years, it's nice to be reminded of better times.
  19. They’re so desperate for the transfer fee it’s not subtle any more.
  20. Like everyone else, I have no idea about King's detailed plans, for himself or the club. I don't know whether he's played a blinder or been absurdly lucky. I do know he's been good for the club overall and taken us to a far better place than we were in before he took over. I've also no idea where he takes the club going forward or how he'll go about it but I am sure there is as much of a journey in front of us as behind. I just see no way that journey is ever going to accommodate a supporters group ambition to sit on the board
  21. Football has long carried a burden of human dregs and riff riff. The people throwing chairs in Portugal are synonymous with the sport, as are petulant players who challenge every decision of authority and conduct themselves like entitled adolescents. There's no respect or integrity shown on the pitch or in the stands. Few like to admit this because too many are part of the problem.
  22. It's all arses and tits. How can anyone possibly focus on the volleyball?
  23. It's football. very few countries don't have their football hooligans. Holland, Germany, Italy, Poland, etc etc etc.
