There are obviously multiple reasons for these things happening.

The scum team are nasty and cheat their way to victory, week in week out. Tav never comes across as a cheat or nasty. Rarely see him getting annoyed or committing dirty fouls. Rarely see him running over when a teammate gets fouled. I reckon Tav will still be RB when the 2023/24 season kicks off, so it's a pointless conversation.

How many trebles have Celtc won whilst Tav has been around? I know that's a bit of a skewed perspective, given 2012 etc. but it's time to make significant changes to a squad that continually finish second best.

I've not been convinced by Beale but he needs to be given the Summer transfer window. We can't just sack the manager whenever things aren't going well.

You can't sack a manager after he's had one transfer window and inherited a squad full of disinterested and injured players. That would be nuts.
