The first two matches are huge. Hibs and Kilmarnock are two sides we've struggled against, so victories are essential to show we've turned a corner. Having watched the Blackburn match and both legs against Progres, I'd like to review my thoughts for the forthcoming season. We'll finish second in the league and won't win a cup. Ojo has good feet and he's quick but his footballing brain needs work. He constantly runs into players and holds on to the ball too long. The amount of times he had a great opportunity to put a player through on goal and didn't was very frustrating to watch.

I don't really see much wrong with a bloke wanting to put a flag in his window. But it's also a wee bit naive because all it takes is one idiot or a drunk to throw a brick and we all know there are plenty of both of those in Scotland. Decent people should be tolerant of other views. I agree with Tannochsidebear's post and really hope we don't spend a lot of money to bring Kent, who often flattered to deceive, back. We need someone who can regularly play a killer pass and add to the goals tally and Kent doesn't do either.

Buying food and drink at the football is similar to doing it when you go to the pictures - unnecessary. You get a lot more, at less cost, at the local shop.

Glad to hear Docherty played well. I have concerns about our wide men - Jones and Ojo don't seem to be much of an improvement on what we had. I wonder what SG's preferred CB pairing is?
