    I think that's because Hearts have sold their initial allocation request and have agreed with us to pay up front for the rest . It seems there's been negotiation with Hearts for a few days about this

    it's easier parking if you stay on Nithsdale rd and turn left into shields rd. I know it's blocked at the bottom but there's plenty of parking places and you can get back into St. Andres RD. via McCulloch street

Yesterday's verdict by the Permanent Court for Arbitration increases the economic and diplomatic isolation of Russia at a time when it faces new, potentially painful sanctions from Western powers. The court, a body that rules on corporate disputes, said the Russian government owes the money to the former majority shareholders in Yukos Oil Co, which it said was forced into bankruptcy with outsized tax claims by Putin's government. could we use a route like this ?
