Like? I'm talking about young unheard of players given their chance by WS.

The guy won't be heard of during his time at Ibrox.

How about Thomson, Whittaker, Edu ?

Because, in Sweden, they would be unheard of. Just because this guy is coming from a foreign country and you havent heard of him doesnt make it so. He could be a household name in Sweden for all we know.

Don't think so. I knew Boogie would be going to the ACN and Wilson was the likely candidate for his place. As for Fleck, he's a good squad player to have around.

Time will tell with this youngster but WS hasn't got a knack of signing unheard of players are turning them into first teamers.

He's 21 years old. Not a youngster.

Go back and read my post. I said "unheard of players". Thomson and Whittaker were hardly unheard of or untried at SPL level before we bought them.

I'll give you Edu.

We sold a centre half for £7.8 million last summer who virtually no one had heard of 12 months earlier

I think a lot of people are being negative about this signing because we aren't used to signing players anymore and, thus, they think if do sign someone, they need to be well known and top quality. Rothen anyone?
