Gazza_8 233
it's from here, lot of crap IMO..... http://www.rangers.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=523901 And if you believe the other rumours or news, Weiss has tweeted he won't be back at Ibrox (i'm not a tweeter) and Goodwillie is in Cardiff holding talks Delighted he's down there and hopefully he can agree terms. calscot 0
Even with a case for rape hanging over his head or if he does sign and he does get found guilty, a previous conviction for rape? There's no difference between that and what Thomson of Hearts has done. One of the biggest differences is that Goodwilly has not been convicted of rape yet. For all we know it's the latest in a string of women wrongly accusing famous men of rape.

Bears 0
Some people don;t have a clue. If the rangers lawyers thought for a second he would go down for any of his charges we would not be near him. Lets be honest the rape thing is probably a stitch up. the bird will sell her story to the papers once it's thrown out of court.

Lets be honest the rape thing is probably a stitch up. the bird will sell her story to the papers once it's thrown out of court. The rape thing is no more a stitch up than it is factual, at least not to us. We have no idea what the situation is. So lets be honest, none of us have any idea if it is a stitch up or not - because Rangers are interested it suits us to think it is a stitch up ! Have to say that I was extremely dissapointed that Goodwillie didn't attend court forcing his assault case to be put back another month. If he and his lawyer thought he could get off on that one, then they'd have attended yesterday or the day before or whenever it was and got it cleared up. Instead, they've deliberately stalled it and personally I don't think that's very impressive from a player we're interested in buying and supposedly being asked to pay £2m for. craig 5,199
So is it safe to say you believe Rangers have not had lawyers look at the case? Rangers lawyers should not be privy to anything to do with the case as it doesnt involve them. On what grounds could they legitimately ask for evidence in relation to the case ? Though I am not sure what relevance Rangers lawyers have in you casting this as being a stitch up. What relevance does that exactly play in this ?
