Hopefully the fans will think this through.. An empty ibrox for next few games sends a message that we wont continue to prop up leeches. Someone with Rangers best interests at heart will know the fans will return if they are up front and honest, with a clear affordable plan. It's time to take the risk on what might happen if we force them to the wall. For me i would rather we were cleansed properly, even if it means going backwards again for a few years, rather than stumbling along as we are at present.

I'd be shocked if they've called this without already having 50% + 1 vote in the bag.

I'll be surprised if an EGM takes place.

I'd imagine there will be some kind of agreement made, fudged, people walk.

Moving the chairs on the titanic in preperation for a 'new start' to be heralded in at the AGM.

Wallace doesn’t bring anything to the table. He is a busted flush, powerless in the boardroom, dismissed by the City investors and now attempting to ingratiate himself with the pro-King faction. If he had any clout he would be leading from the front, not skulking around in the shadows trying to save his sorry arse.

I don't see a reason for him to hang around. Not as if he is a fan of Rangers. Unlikely he will get his bonus.

On PA wires:

Sandy Easdale's spokesman Jack Irvine said on today's Rangers/Mike Ashley announcement: "Sandy Easdale is not part of the PLC board and has no knowledge of any of the recent announcements. However he is watching with interest."

I feel sorry for wee Jack Irvine - one minute he's employed by the Easdales, the next he isn't. :(
