Rangers could face punishment over sectarian chanting

Recommended Posts

Until it is acknowledged that other clubs have a problem too this will not go away regardless of which version of the TBB is sung.

Indeed the yahoos have by far and away the biggest problem with their GB and IRA songbook. However whilst there is a SNP administration in place at the toytown Holyrood Parliament nothing will be done as the SNP draws much of its support these days from the yahoo fraternity

The SNP influence would not prevent the BBC or other media outlets from reporting in a fair and unbiased manner when it comes to how the manky mob behave themselves. The toytown parliament is only one layer of what has happened in this country.

Add to that many folk and authorities who are even duty-bound (Terrorist Act 2006 etc.) to chase them all over the place with their anti-British and even terrorist-minded stuff. I would have expected some English rags chasing them beyond Hadrian's Wall because of their vile stuff regarding Lee Rigby. The relative inactivity is rather strange.

Where to start with this utter nonsense "SNP draws much of its support theses days from the yahoo fraternity". RC's have 16% pf the population, SNP got 50% of vote at GE ffs. Why do some bears continue with this crap, in the recent past the tims were responsible for Labour having such a stronghold at all levels of government now they are reponsible for the SNP rise. May be a shock to some but lots of Rangers fans voted SNP at GE.

I'd hazard a guess that for 16% of the population that they control far more than 16% of the SNP.

What percentage of the SNP MP's and MSP's are RC?

F@nian is neither a race or religion

James MacKillop’s - Oxford Dictionary of Celtic Mythology (THE authoritative book on Celtic* matters)

Neologism (DB, i.e., a new meaning for an older word) coined in 1804 by charlatan scholar Col. Charles Vallancey. Although apparently derived from Féni, a name for early, landed freeholders, Vallancey used it as an anglicization for fianna (DB, i.e., "warrior band"). In many 19th century writers, e.g. Sir Walter Scott, F*enian pertains to stories of Fionn mac Cumhaill. The ambiguous reference to both fianna and Fionn persists in the naming of the F*enian Cycle. In 1858 "F*enian" was adopted as an alternate name for the Irish Republican Brotherhood, a secret revolutionary society dedicated to the overthrow of English authority in Ireland. Never fully quashed, F*enian activity in the British Isles and North Amercia peaked in 1866-7. In the 20th century "F*enian" popularly denotes Republican anti-British activity, especially in the six counties of Ulster, still part of the United Kingdom.

(ODoCM, p. 210)

*The "k-version" of the word.

PS: Sorry admins for going around the banned word stuff, it is just for reference.

How many SNP MPs are known Rangers supporters? Or MSPs? Or MEPs?

Has the penny dropped yet?

Most of the English TV (Sunday Supplement, for example and all Euro coverage) and papers (Mail, Guardian especially) are full of praise for the boisterous craicsters. It's enough to make one despair.
