McCabe had nobody but himself to blame for not still being at Ibrox. Slagging your team mates and coaching staff in front of. the assistant managers father is not a very wise move - especially when you have produced the square root of zero to justify a place in the side yourself.

I take your first part as read as you clearly have more knowledge of that than I do.

 

However, I completely disagree on the 2nd part. McCabe was a shining light when he broke through and even managed to get a MOTM against Celtic at the time. Hardly "the square root of zero to justify a place in the side".
