BDO lose BTC appeal

Recommended Posts

We really should be talking about starving all these clubs of every blue pound we have.

Difficult with Utd as they aren't in the top league, which has its own element of satisfaction to it. Would be happy to see them going out of business, their hatred of us is oozing.

I think we are a bit more galvanized now - if a new fundraising is needed I believe that Bears will come out fighting once more.

Will the enraged, aggrieved supporters' groups, all over Scotland, crowd fund the prosecution of Rangers?

The Yahoos media lapdogs at the DR are in full swing and have become bold again, declaring that the Supreme Court ruled that we used the EBTs illegally. Nicely clad in the mob-democracy of Yahoo, Sheep and Arab fan groups calling for the LNS commission's results being "reviewed" ... it is nicely brewing and you wonder whether that is exactly what the SPFL high-ups look for ...

Celtic fans’ umbrella group urges Hampden chiefs to launch new independent review into Rangers’ use of EBTs

The Affiliation of Registered Celtic Supporters Clubs has called for Hampden chiefs to launch a new independent review into Rangers’ use of EBTs.

And they also asked for a probe into why Rangers were granted a European licence by the SFA during the Craig Whyte era.

Four years ago, an independent SPL commission chaired by Lord Nimmo Smith found Rangers “did not gain any unfair competitive advantage” from the use of tax-free loans between 2001 and 2010.

Dundee United fans group demand investigation into Rangers EBTs and say Supreme Court ruling shows Scottish football was 'cheated'

But last week the Supreme Court ruled that EBTs had been used illegally, leading Celtic to say they expected a review of the commission’s findings.

Now their fans’ umbrella group has called for action to be taken by the game’s rulers.

In a statement they said: “Scottish Football needs to move on and for this to happen we must have full transparency and robust governance from those who run our game. At the moment we have nether.

“For the above to happen we require a full independent review into the European Licensing procedure for season 2011/12. This is widely known as Resolution 12.

“We also ask for the Lord Nimmo Smith Enquiry to be set aside and a full independent review into the illegal use of EBT’s to be commenced.

“While calling for these reviews we have no desire to see the game in Scotland destroy itself. We ask for these reviews so the game in Scotland can move on for the greater good of all. This call, the process of any reviews and the outcomes of these reviews should be respectfully observed by all involved as we have a duty to the game.

“It’s notable that numerous other fans groups have also called for independent reviews and improved governance.

“That so many are calling for transparency and without fear or favour governance tells you all you need to know about how those who run our game are perceived. This can’t continue.

‘We urge all fans to contact their respective clubs to make their feelings known on these issues.”

It comes after Aberdeen fans group Dons Supporters Together urged Scottish football authorities to strip the Ibrox club of titles won between 2001 and 2010.

And the Dundee United fans group, known as the Arab Trust, also released a statement in which they said the court ruling shows Rangers had an “unfair advantage” between 2001 to 2010 and that Scottish football was “cheated” during this era.

So is it just a case of continual review until they get the answer they want then?

Over a week now and still no statement from the SPFL. They are either really searching with a fine toothed comb or they are hoping the storm blows over. I'll let you decided for yourself.

I have said it numerous times, we are at war. We simply must boycott all other grounds. No blue pound to anyone.

Rally round our side. Starve out all those who facilitate and support those who we are at war with.

If they are intent on footballing Armageddon then so be it. There must be no comprise if the attack us once more.

We cut ties with all clubs and look after ourselves. NO MONEY TO ANYONE ELSE!
