Candeias and Kent weren't playing wide, though. We've not had 'wingers' in quite some time.

Fair enough. Would like to have seen Jones today tbh. Would have loads to prove against Killie and is used to their dodgy pitch

He should play a part, for that reason, IMO. 

 

However, I actually think he'll be better later on in the game, when they're knackered.

What’s important today is that the CB’s don’t dwell on the ball on this pitch.

Just get it into their half & keep it there. No chance of playing nice,neat football on this plastic pitch

Can't play with usual width today as you can see from photo provided Killie have reduced size of playing area considerably.

Game will be tight in space to play.
