The UB statement is exactly what I expected  from them. No remorse far less an apology from a group who think their the most important thing on match days. One other point if it s correct, the club have never spoken to them about the song sheet. That’s a dereliction of duty by our board.

Fair point.

The club have continually stressed the issue about sectarian singing over the past 10 years. Are they trying to suggest that they weren't aware of this or will they only listen if it's addressed to them personally?

Either way, it's not an excuse.

Yes very true. I thought (possibly wrongly) that the UB were in dialogue with the club on frequent basis. But you’re correct, also proves my view that they see themselves as special.

From where I sit in the Sandy Jardine Stand there is no doubt the F***k Bobby Sands, and other sh*t emanates from the UB section and is painful to hear. They sing Blue Sea of Ibrox but add on God Save the Queen,WHY? + other songs with add-ons.

Time they shed their nappies and grew up.
