The Summer 2022 Rangers Transfer Window Rumours and Deals - Thread

Recommended Posts

Seeing rumours on Twitter about Kamara moving. I’d be happy to move him on IF we can bring in a replacement at a good calibre and perhaps buy a right winger too. Matondo for me early days but he looks more comfortable coming in from the left.

still think we could do with moving on some fringe players and giving the manager a bit more backing in the transfer market.

Seen a few hatchet jobs on Matondo over on FF too. He`s been here for a few months. The chap on the opposite side of the field, playing most games since signing, on the other hand, can`t do wrong. He was, again, a no-show yesterday, and had it been Wright or Sakala and not Kent, they´d be ripped apart in no time.

No argument from me he was poor yesterday but he will need games to develop. We can’t go out and buy a Skov Olsen or an Antony, or a Cody Gakpo.

To be fair to Matondo, he's pretty much where we would expect him to be this early in his Rangers career, which is nowhere near the hype flying around him. He might well become a valued player but so far he isn't even close.
