i don't see how he improves us. he plays where lundstrum plays. Maybe instead of Kamara in Europe but he's no better and Kamara is struggling for minutes. 

 

We need attacking midfielders who score goals. He does not. 

 

Also we would have no prospect of keeping him. Loans like Tilman and Sands are ok. Loans like this would not be.

Certainly was a player. The next big thing IIRC.

What went wrong with his career ?

Couldn't get a game at Chelsea and spent last season on the bench.

 

Did play 16 minutes in a winning Chelsea team against Malmö (CL) last season, replacing Ziyech (who scored the winner and who Ajax want to buy this week)

 

If he was still rated, there will be interest from lower/mid table teams in EPL and they'll pay him more than we can/should.

Just 2 or 3 days left in this window now. Are we thinking Alfie will be away after his falling out with Gio? Will we get rid of any of the surplus to requirements players (Katic, Helander, Sakala to name but 3).

 

I dont really see any new additions that go straight into our starting 11, although we could certainly do with improving a couple of positions. Perhaps some more squad rotation players if we can clear a space (wage) for them. 

 

I dont believe any speculation I see until I see the player in a Rangers top on the official site, but what are we thinking guys?

GvB has suggested there'll be no new signings but that might depend on who we can move on. 

 

I still think we need more quality in the side.

I would find it hard to understand no new signings given the 100 million we have brought in since Jan.
