Blue Moon 1,121 Posted November 9, 2022 Share Posted November 9, 2022 I enjoyed the second half tonight. Highlight of the first half for me was the performance of James Sands at defensive mid. Best player by a mile. The difference in the second half was that we played with only one defensive mid and had a lot more players in the final third. I have been critical of Kent lately but he shone in the second half. Tillman, Arfield, Wright and Morelos all did well although Alfie is definitely needing game time to get his sharpness back in front of goal. 4 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

He's quick, direct, likes a dribble and a shot at goal. He just lacks a bit of quality in his final product. I also feel like he's not quite integrated into the team as would be beneficial to us and him; it's as if he plays as an individual rather than linking-up with teammates.
