[2022] Who should be the next Rangers manager?

Strangely, the phone hasn't rung today. Apparently no one at Rangers is interested in my opinions about the choice of our next manager. So be it.

 

In the meantime, I should probably avoid criticising any of the candidates because whoever gets the job is going to need the fans on his side.

FWIW I think it will be Beale.

From the little I've seen, what Beale has going for him is that he really wants the job. That's always a great place to start.

I find it hard to believe it's a coincidence that Beale was just up for a laugh the other day and then Gio is sacked soon afterward. Not sure how I feel if he gets appointed, in some ways it's a backwards step and it's certainly a gamble as he hasn't really been tested as a manager yet.
