Maybe if we play with two #10s, which MB has switched to in certain games (e.g. Hibs).

We need a strong squad not just a desired optimum starting XI. Lawrence may not always start in that set up but he has shown he can make a huge contribution.

It's a long season. Cantwell and Dowell won't always be available and form can easily slide.

Lawrence, Cantwell, Dowell, Hagi, Lowry and, when the king returns, Tillman, for one or two positions.

 

Lawrence is bottom of the list, for me; and a #10 isn't his position, he's a winger. 

 

I think you've all been duped by Lawrence because he scored a couple of goals in the 5 games he played in the league.

I'd like to see Tillman functioning in a stronger team, he did bloody well for us when we were playing shite, I'm sure he'd be a far better player in a good, solid midfield.

Given that our budget will not be astronomical we’re would you focus the money on , I would go for defenders first and foremost .
