He'll end up being relegated and be another who regrets leaving. As revealed by skysports.com on Monday Fulham tabled a bid for Cousin as they look to bolster their attacking options. Rangers are believed to have rejected Fulham's first bid for the Gabon international as they look to keep hold of the forward. Cousin's agent Willie McKay says the player is keen on a move to Craven Cottage and hopes a deal can be agreed between both clubs.
