McKay said: "Daniel is under contract to Rangers and he's happy to be there.

"But his contract does contain a clause which means if a club was to bid £3 million he would be free to speak to them.

"Despite what might have been claimed, that clause does not only apply at the end of the season.

"If a club bids £3m now it will be activated and it will then be up to Daniel to decide what he wants to do."

If he wants to go and we get 3M then I think we should take it.

Yip we should bite there hand off at 3 million especially for a guy who wants to go. He'll end up being relegated and be another who regrets leaving.

Id like to hear the actual comments from him or his agent first all the same!

Rangers striker Daniel Cousin has set his heart on a move to Fulham, according to his agent.

As revealed by skysports.com on Monday Fulham tabled a bid for Cousin as they look to bolster their attacking options.

Rangers are believed to have rejected Fulham's first bid for the Gabon international as they look to keep hold of the forward.

Cousin's agent Willie McKay says the player is keen on a move to Craven Cottage and hopes a deal can be agreed between both clubs.

"Daniel wants to go and it's now up to the two clubs to decide if a fee can be agreed," McKay told the Daily Express

"Walter Smith wants to keep the player but he can leave anyway if a club bids £3million."
