Companies complete returns annually that list all of their shareholders and these shareholders would be available. However if someone did not want their identity know they could always set up an off-shore company and have that as the shareholder, and if they do it in a location that allows shareholders to be anonymous then you would not find out anything about them.

So if Brown is looking for 250 people to put money in, does that mean he has no backers who are willing to put any more than that in? I think he will struggle to get these backers. The way guys with cash work is that you have more chance getting £5m for 51% of the club than £40K for 0.4% of the club. As for ex-players they all seem really tight with their cash.

You can understand confidentiality if someone is putting a deal together. What you don't want to do is call meaningless meetings and tweets that you can't back up. When you do have something to say you may find nobody will listen.

You tell me.Anything's possible but we are a long way from being in a position to pay dividends. EVERY bid seems to involve that. Don't see how it can be held against Green. There isn't.

It's not difficult in any way. If Green gets shares and sells them in the future then is that really such an issue? The club needs our cash now. The cash won't be going to Green despite the many scare stories that some put around, many due to their own self-interest rather than the club's. Why would it be best if Green left? Who would he sell to that is a better option?

There's a lot of statements with no proof. Things are easy to make up if you support another team and wish to shit-stir.

You can't buy a share and then sue due to wrong doing before you became a shareholder.

It's a possibility, although unlikely. The major shareholders would have had a say in the decision in most cases.

If they were tat concerned, they could have accepted us back in and then relegated us. The chairmen abdicated their responsibilities and any who now complain about it should consider resigning as they failed in looking after their club.
