  1. I see Leggat is trying to make out that it's Green that's trying to make out that Regan is against us. So you think that Regan is OK, you tossspot? As for who owns Rangers, I thought most of that had been disclosed? Perhaps he's taking the John Brown approach and sticking his fingers in his ears when he doesn't want to hear an answer that doesn't suit his agenda?
  2. i think Brown is frustrated. He has made up his mind about Green but is frustrated that there is no evidence to back up his decision.
  3. More "bus spotted on the moon" stuff from Leggat.
  4. You wouldn't give him credit anyway.
  5. It's not even for the badly administered scheme. We have still not been found guilty of that.
  6. Regan obviously feels he is above the law and is arrogant enough to ignore the findings of the court. I believe that Green should stick to his guns, and if Regan won't budge then Scottish football will yet again suffer the consequences of his campaign against Rangers. However Green does not have the luxury of taking that approach as he has other, legal, responsibilities and may have to take some sort of compromise.
  7. In terms of cash commitment it seems that the list of people who have said that they will contribute £40K amounts to: 1. John Brown
  8. What other company is he a chairman of?
  9. No, we don't. No there isn't.
  10. Is he still going on? I'm no expert but I would think that for him to be able to sue for fraud there would need to be some level of loss. He has lost nothing. Also I'd be surprised if D&P in the UK were not legally independent of the US company so there would be no point in going there other than to grandstand. He just seems an attention seeking nutter.
  11. I wouldn't trust anyone on that site to tell the truth, but I thought that if you were quoting him then he had some history of being truthful about some stuff and you could give an opinion on the likelihood of him not making up the whole thing to shit-stir.
  12. And you think he's telling the truth?
  13. It's usually the nature of these things, having dealt with regulatory bodies over the years. They ask for information and the info that you send them prompts more questions. Doesn't mean that either party are at fault, although given the timing, I think that the SFA have probably not rushed to send out their supplementary request.
  14. Here are the threads. http://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?44854-Bomber-Brown-2pm-meeting http://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?44554-John-Brown-s-Bid-for-Rangers
  15. Does FansFirst Scotland condone the threats and bullying made by the fans recently both on their own clubs and other clubs? Is this the philosphy that is being sought? "We want you to punish our biggest rivals for deeds not yet proven and if you don't then we will stop visiting your ground." Is this the future of Scottish football? Is this what FFS (apt initials!) is advocating?
  16. We have seen fan power in action over the past month and the results of it could bring Scottish football to its knees. Decisions were made out of hatred and bigotry, and not through any logic. I can't say that I want anything to do with the fans of any other club. I think I will pass.
  17. I thougt Green had said that he had supplied all details of shareholders to the SFA?
  18. Is Scottish football in a better or worse position than it was before Regan started his job? Far worse! Regan must go.
  19. Was going to upload it onto our site but the file is too big.
  20. Edit: I see this was based on the cva completing and not newco.
  21. Agreed. I think it was a reasonable comment by Ahmad, even if it was aimed at playing to the galleries a bit, but there's not any suggestion that they need that amount to sell.
  22. No, he was not asking for £50m. That was just a throwaway valuation by Imran Ahmad.
  23. To force someone to sell, you have to find a credible buyer first....
  24. Why do you say that it won't be next year? if there is a clause that allows them to break it then it may well be next year. The lack of a competitive league and the lack of OF games suggests that a 50% reduction would be the very least that the TV companies would be looking at.
