  1. Me too. I left the ground feeling very positive.
  2. He should learn to pause more to allow the applause and cheers though.
  3. He was in the Directors Box.
  4. Talk about clutching at straws. If the OP can't even get the Sevco company name correct then what chance is there of any accuracy about the rest? Oh, and Keith Carby didn't found Metro Bank. He is a non-exec but as such would have no impact on the day-to-day running of it.
  5. Can we get this review added to the library?
  6. We need to get rid of STB. It's dated and just a reminder of the Murray era. We should replace it, probably with Penny Arcade, which is always too rushed if it's played after something else.
  7. Don't think so, although there may have been some side agreement that we don't know about but it's unlikely. He bought shares in Murray Sports and it is unusual that you become a shareholder and have a guaranteed buy back.
  8. Fecking pain in the ass. Zappa...in case of any confusion.
  9. Hell yeah. The day I sat in the club deck was beside my mate who is fairly chunky. He actually went back to his old seat at half time. Still have the odd problem in my seat in the main stand if one particular guy ends up sitting beside me....but it's not as if I'm a slim jim which makes the problem worse. I could do with losing a lot of weight. Diet starts next month!
  10. "So Mr King, you gave the cash to Rangers in 2000 and it was used to build Muray Park and to fund the £25m loss that season, and you remained a director between 2000-2012 but it's only now you want to complain about your investment not being used properly?"
  11. Can only talk about my, albeit limited, experience although I saw quite a few folk on FF commenting about the same thing today. However that kind of thing can also depend on who you have sitting next to you, I guess.
  12. Yes. I tend not to promote them much apart from at Christmas, but can't miss a golden opportunity when you set it up for me so beautifully.
  13. He was meant to get 25% of the shares in Wavetower, according to him, but didn't get them. How sad.....
  14. Less leg room in the club deck than the main stand. It's a nightmare. I bought a debenture, sat in the seat for the first game and didn't go back. The main stand wooden seats? I'm sure someone did something with them when they were taken out.
  15. Brings back memories of the 1987/88 season.
  16. Would be superb? For who? Ally? The team? It seems you are putting your dislike of Green before the welfare of the team and the club. Superb? FFS!
  17. I'm surrounded by people I would consider friends. It's not just a seat.
  18. It would have little effect other than to affect the team itself by having a lower budget. It won't impact people's honesty. It's just a warped justification for those who can't quite face up to the fact that Green is not appearing to be as bad as they were trying to make out.
  19. Eh? So a colour means the same as FTP? LMAO (LOL may be misconstrued ). An over-exaggeration. I wear blue and orange ties. What does that prove? I also wear some green ties. Neither say anything about religion. I thought Glasgow buses looked brilliant when they were orange and far better than when they were green and yellow. Nothing to do with religion. Nothing to do with what football team I support. I just like the colour on certain occasions. It's bright. It's cheerful. It can look good. I still fail to see why we should be prevented from having orange strips and why if we have them we are not being "good". Surely we can try and take the colour and move it away from only being associated with the Orange Lodge. Again I'll say, it's only a colour. The fact that people of either side can't disassociate it with a relatively insignificant religious organisation says something about them. Diplomacy? As in not criticising Regan and Doncaster? Turning the other cheek to all the clubs that shafted us? Allowing the press to set the agenda, whether it be on our strips or anything else. Been there. Done that. Got shafted. F**k diplomacy. Class? I don't see that having orange in our strips affects our class, in the same way as it didn't if we had purple or mauve. I will not allow my views of a colour to be dictated by mopes or neds.
  20. Sounds like a good reason for it. Why should we be limited to red and black? The whole thing is about selling strips and maximising our revenue. I think orange strips look brilliant and the oranje cup final was wonderful. I don't see why we should be prevented from having them just because of the actions of a few of our support. Where do you draw the line with preventing certain fans flaunting their "religious" and "political" views? Do we stop all singing at the stadium? Do we take down the pictures of the Queen in the dressing room? Perhaps take down the Union Flag? They will find ways to do it whatever the club does and having orange strips is the least of our worries.
  21. Don't see the problem. It's only a colour. We have had all sorts of colours of 2nd and 3rd strips in the past - blue, red, white, purple, orange, black and various shades thereof. Pandering to the lowest common demoninator among opposition fans and allowing them to dictate what colours we can and cannot use is far worse than pandering to our own fans.
  22. Don't understand what you are trying to say.
  23. Yes. He may not be perfect, he wll make mistakes but he is our manager and we move foward as a family. Or does your signature mean nothing?
  24. Agreed. Even the minimum of his estimate of £5m would be a major win.
  25. It seems that Regan and the SFA have been taking lessons from 1930's Germany.
