Not sure. Brown refuses to identify his backers. I guess we have to ask how many people are there out there that want to buy the club and want Brown to front for them? It could be that McKenna has disappeared and his backers are remants of TBKs or this mysterious east coast guy that tried to buy the club for £11m. There was a guy he and the goalie used to hang around with who was quite wealthy. Alistair someone or other, I think. Cant remember his surname. He may be one of them. Who knows?

There are 2 issues. The flotation of shares and the selling of existing shares. The share floation would (should) be new shares with the cash going into the club. The shareholders, including Blue Pitch, can sell their shares after that and keep the proceeds. The curent investors obviously believe that the shares will increase in value and that is how they get their return.

The season ticket issue is an irreleance. they are not pushing it in any way and I don't think I could renew at the moment f I wanted to. Season tickets sales will increase dramatically once it's established where we will play, what the price will be and the methods of payment.

So can the SPL just decide to break an agreement just because they feel like it? The SPL clubs are therefore blackmailing the SFL into accepting Rangers into the first division. I wonder if all the fans who were threatening a boycott due to sporting intergrity will follow through on their threats given their own club's insistence that we don't get put in division 3?

I'd largely agree with that although it also has to be taken account of the fact that the quality of the Rangers player/team will be much lower. It's not just the standard of opposition that's changed. Saying that, the standard of football has been poor for an number of years and the new team will hopefully be more entertaining.

Chances are that Dingwall didn't have any input into the statement anyway. He may well have just been "allocated" the quote, depending on who is actually tasked to write the press releases.

I don't have a problem with people being incentivised. Our players are given bonuses, our manager is given bonuses. Green gets his from creating a successful company/club. Why do you do your job? Is it be paid? A poor comparison that will just divert the point off topic. Why is he shafting us? He comes in, turns the club around, gets some shares as a bonus and leaves. I'm not sure how you turn that into shafting us.
